I am always crazy impressed by how well run this Chick-fil-A is. Since the line is built to loop around the building multiple times and is always full, you would expect to be waiting in line for hours, but that's not the case! I made it through the line here with 25 cars ahead of me faster than I did the last time I visited culvers with 1 single car ahead of me.

Always top tier service and food I really appreciate you guys. A little disappointed that the men’s bathroom doesn’t have complimentary diapers like the women’s room. Not a great feeling as a single dad.

The drive through workflow is absolutely insane. You have to circle th building twice and cut in front of people leaving the drive through area. Takes way too long, is way too convoluted and confusing. People leaving the restaurant after getting their food have to dodge two lanes of drive through traffic - those entering and those leaving.
