“I can't say enough positive things about this location's professionalism and customer service. My family and I live in the Las Vegas area and were recently on vacation in Steamboat Springs. We stopped by this Chick-fil-A in Grand Junction on our long drive home to Nevada. Upon arriving back home, I could not find my wallet anywhere. I called Chick-fil-A (since it was the only place I made a purchase that day) and I had left it there and someone (thankfully!) turned it in and the staff were storing in a safe place for me. When I explained that I live over 10 hours away, they were so kind to, at their own expense (I repeatedly offered to pay but they politely refused), ship my wallet to my home the very next day. They even paid extra to ship it via the two-day shipping option via Fed Ex. They promptly called me after they left Fed Ex to give me the tracking information for the shipment. My wallet just made it back to me and all contents are still in it. I truly can't thank the Chick-fil-A team for coming to the rescue and getting my wallet back to me so quickly, and for being so kind and accommodating throughout the process. I couldn't be more impressed with or grateful for their service and professionalism. Thank you again!“

“Inside mesa state, the other chick filet about a 2 miles away was extremely busy we decided to go here, is inside the university. In order or get into the parking lot the is a weird turn the looks as if you are going to park on the grass the small road had boulder on a the sides, once I. The parking lot you are good to good this place wasvwey busy with students, but the service was quick and everything was hot and good. Be aware if you are middle age it will feel as if you are in PTA meeting in high school“

“Who doesn't love KFC?Ok, it's not what it used to be, or have the nostalgic dessert parfaits in the enticing glass case, as well as the other side dishes that have been American standards for decades. Ok, and it's far more costly than other comparable fast food options, is in no conceivable way thought to be good for your health, and I'm sure committing numerous violations against whatever organization responsible for the rights of the voiceless (arguable) chickens globally. Not to mention the franchise, which in my opinion at least, is ranked a distant 3rd place at best among their competition as far as the quality of birds served behind Popeyes, Raising Cane's, and perhaps even Churches nationally...However the good thing for KFC, is that this review happens to be focused locally, where the only major franchised competitor is the mind boggling Popeye's location in Clifton. By far the most inept, poorly managed fast food franchise I've ever personally visited in ANY state, in any category (poor staffing, zero positive consistency, lack of inventory or a regular basis, and oftentimes, inability to accept payment other than cash - exact change no less). While it's true Popeye's Clifton location sets the industry standard for profound incompetence, I find it sad the once proud Colonel has led his troops to be merely slightly more preferred than the lackluster bunch. What's also true however, and a larger challenge, is that the Popeye's restaurant concept as a whole is far different nationally. Regarded not only as delicious, but reputable and most importantly, a far more affordable option for the consumer. Perhaps more concerning, though not often addressed, is the antiquated marketing campaign utilized for over 70 years without the first thought of consumer perception (aka political correctness). The strange applied message of an old white man in a pristine white suit, southern black tie, posing as a retired Colonel from (one can only assume) the Confederate Army fighting tirelessly at one point at least, against the abolishment of modern slavery selling fried chicken of all meals, to inner-city folk of Kentucky during the early stages of the Civil Rights movement.I'm not a marketing genius, and have not yet to conduct any formal polling, but I'm willing to bet that the message may not fare as well as the informal, simple and more "community friendly" chime of "Luv that chicken at Popeye's"... Probably a safer, more accepted message to today's more diverse culture.Clearly to remain America's fast food chicken choice, the chain must consider more creative means to establish relevance in the cut-throat (pun intended) world of fast food than the 11 "secrets" of their original recipe soon, or be prepared to watch a once proud Colonel fly the coop..“

“It's a typical KFC with food quality. The one issue that sets this KFC apart from other fast food restaurants is Shelby, the manager. If there are issues, she fixes them. We had an order issue, and she made it right pleasantly and professionally.“
