The line was pretty long and all tables were full, so I became concerned with a potential long wait. However, GABBY went over and above to take my handwritten order, perfectly prepare each treat, labeled the to-go lids, and staged them in the counter freezer until each was finished. Gabby kept a cheerful voice and bright disposition, bagged the order, and had processed payment efficiently and with ease and I was on my way to return to work.
