Their machines weren't working right.. the food is good and the service is good but it takes a while to get the food sometimes, and if you get the food sometimes you're waiting for the machine to process your card.. it's weird.

I get the same burrito every time and they always mess it up every time I don’t understand, I asked for a Del beef deluxe burrito… . I got two burritos with meat and cheese, and that’s it.. no tomato, lettuce or sour cream , so frustrating

I ordered a chicken quesadilla with chipotle sauce instead of green sauce and the manager made it and it was nice and cheesy and saucy and the chicken was so tender and tasty. One of the best quesadillas I've ever had even at other Del Tacos

Got my food cold an called an asked why the food is cold, They said there burner is out
If you're burner is out why sell food if it's not properly made,
The man replies , well what do you want me to do about it, make the food properly an not sell cold food. Hope a health inspector goes there an inspects this place

The Employee was great. I Ordered 2 value menu items and 3 Del Tacos and it came to $17. Beans, corn shells, and chips are all dirt cheap at even at retail (they are paying bulk wholesale, so don’t even come with the whole “everything is going up”). I could have sat down and been served pork belly ramen next door for $5 less. I’ve Been coming here since it opened, but I’m done now.

There were only two people working at 5pm. Taco shells were stale and the fries were lukewarm. Not a great experience especially with how expensive it is now. $40 for 3 people.

We had an order of about 3 meals 2 of the boxes and a couple tacos one of the boxes was supposed to come with a del beef combo burrito but we were given a bean burrito with no red or green sauce in it, the chicken soft taco was supposed to have no sauce and it had sauce on it making that whole meal unenjoyable for the family member it was meant for we waited for our food at the pick up window for 15 to 20 minutes after getting our drinks
