It was really hot out and I didn't want to leave my dog in the car... the staff understood and let me bring him inside while we waited for our order to be ready... me and my dog only stayed by the entrance door. Trying not to disturb any other customers.. everything went great...I just want to thank the Del Taco staff for understanding and allowing me to bring him inside to cool down.. we were traveling and didn't have many options on where to stop and eat with our dog with us.. Thanks Del Taco for understanding

Seemed like they were short staffed. Had to wait at the counter for the employee to finish her phone call to take our order. All of the tables were dirty. Order was not correct. We were not given any napkins or condiments for our to go order. Super disappointed because we don't have a Del Taco where I live and I was excited to have it again

Yummy yummy. 3 layer nachos are so delicious. The queso is perfect. Bean and cheese burrito green always great. The snack tacos are a great bargain and very good. They are always very friendly and our food is hot and delicious.

There were very few customers (maybe 8 including us) yet most of the tables hadn't been wiped down after previous use. There weren't any forks out but when I went to ask for one, there was not 1 employee to be seen behind the counter or in the kitchen! I ordered the Mix and Match burritos and was charged for 2 individual burritos. Fortunately, I realized the total was too much and the young woman made the adjustments and apologized.
Food was alright. Service was fine. Lobby was closed due to "staffing shortages." Maybe pay your workers more and you'll have an open lobby.

The GM was very rude and acts like a little girl that doesn't know how to do her job....I had a complaint and she brushed me off...if I didn't have respect for myself I would've made a fuss...but she probably won't last long....Her management skills suck and is not a very nice person...yall need new managers with experience and customer service!

I stopped here to have dinner with my wife at approximately 6pm. They only had 2 employees working in the entire restaurant. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, multiple people just left rather than order....what a loss of profits! When I asked for the restroom key, one of the two employees couldn't find it. I had to point it out to them. The "manager" kept telling every customer that it would be a minute, but never actually took any orders. The temperature inside the restaurant was easily 62 degrees. Freezing!I don't know if the store owner sees this, but this is really disappointing to a long time fan of Del Taco. Do better! Hire more/better people. Learn to staff your restaurant correctly.
