Do not come here if you don't have 30 min to sit in line. It doesn't matter how may cars are in line- 2 or 20 you will wait for a long time.

Everyone is always working hard here with bright smiles and great conversations. Always make my coffee as ordered and help me figure out anything my kiddo is imagining up for his skake and make it possible. I love coming here not only for the great coffee but also because the staff and environment here are unmatched with anywhere else. They definitely deserve every tip given and more imo!

Drinks are amazing. Wait times are a hit and miss if you go at rush hour times, I order ahead and don't wait long. All staff have been extraordinary, especially Jennifer. Her customer service is unmatched. I had a minor inconvenience and Jennifer took the time to chat with me about it. Great management!

We've had mixed experiences at this location. First time was 35 minute wait even though we ordered ahead on mobile. Second time we had quick service with order ahead. This 3rd time, it was Sunday so we purposely ordered approx. 25 min ahead to give them time. Got there and they hadn't put in the ordered yet. Car lines were surprisingly short so we didn't know why they were behind. Two girls just standing around outside waiting for cars to arrive. Ended up waiting another 20-25 minutes for our drinks. Then was irritated because our drinks were only 1/2 full since there was so much foam on top. Not cold foam. Just crappy, unflavored milk foam. No way to customize & say no foam on mobile orders. Decided not to go back another day & just went to Starbucks which stinks too!!

I stopped by Dutch Bros recently and had the best experience! I can’t remember the name of the girl who took my order, pretty sure it started with an L but she was super sweet and very blonde! She was so upbeat, friendly, and just had the best energy. It honestly made my morning. Love when the customer service matches the good vibes Dutch Bros is known for!

If there was another Dutch bros in grand junction maybe this location would get it together. The service Is horrendous! No care in the world that they completely messed up all 5 of our drinks and then one at the window handing drinks out said “not my problem” when we asked them about it. Do better Dutch Brothers!!!
