almost get drinks here every mornin via mobile order. We live 10 minutes away and always order before leaving the apartment. When they are busy they won’t start your mobile order until you get there. I have waited 20 minutes multiple times once arriving for my mobile order to be completed. 30 minutes (10 minute commute, 20 minutes at the window) is unacceptable for 2 drinks. I get there are walk ups and a drive through but then what even is the purpose of mobile ordering? Don’t start them when the customer arrives, add them to the queue once they are ordered. Also over hear another gentleman said he ordered 30 minutes in advance and still had to wait at the window once arriving. Lack of planning.

The workers at this location deserve a RAISE! They are so friendly and hard working and are constantly slammed with customers. Management needs to hire more people and be better organized. The retail workers save the day!

We frequented Dutch Bros where we used to live and had great experiences. We waited for the newness to wear off at this location before giving it a try. There was only one person I saw working the drive thru and I commend her. Unfortunately, we were in line for over 30 minutes and never got to order. We were literally skipped and never given the opportunity to order. We left without a drink and won't be back.

This is quite possibly the worst Dutch Bros in the country. They put this in one of the worst areas of Grand Junction. It's had to get in and out of here, and the staff here is SLOW. I've been to others across the country that are so much quicker, I don't know what the issue is here locally. Dutch Bros should consider opening another location by the mall or off of Horizon drive with better access. Also, please train the staff on being more efficient. They can't blame their lack of speed on being brand new any longer. Things must change.

Mocha ice nothing but ice, probably 3 to 4 oz of actual mocha , WAY overpriced. Also a convoluted way to get into the drive in lane kept us busy for several minutes changing direction. 13 bucks for a med latte and sm mocha ice, no mas for me.

Don't get me wrong deinka are great but the Grand Junction,Co location needs to learn speed. You have the order ahead option which O always do and I sit for 20-30 mins. Im tempted to go back to Starbucks. Disappointing
