It’s disturbing that a hardworking employee was fired simply because a customer harassed him over his political views. After the employee said he did not vote for Donald Trump, the customer used a racist slur against him. Instead of addressing the harassment, the owner fired the employee, making it clear that this Five Guys tolerates racist behavior.

If you like overpriced food with a side of racism supporting management, then this is the place for you.
Underwhelming and expensive.
We always love this place. The food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and we love that it's never frozen, which means fewer preservatives. The staff is always friendly too. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that they always forget to add all the ingredients to their burgers. More specifically, my husband always gets the one with A1, but he's never actually gotten the A1 sauce.

Always good and Gluten free fries!
Always lettuce wrap the burger. Not for Celiacs as cross contamination looks possible but I have never asked if they accommodate gf allergy.

They changed the fry size to one smaller and increased price, $7.50 for a large fry that is the size of what the regular used to be, $6.50 for the regular which is now the size of the small. Plain hamburger, large fry, reg drink is $20 + tax pretty absurd for a burger and fries, especially when your fries are coming from bulk raw cut potatoes at prob .10 cents each, no freezer costs for storage, no processing costs other then a few minutes of minimum wage time. But over $20 for a plain burger fries and drink is crazy from essentially a walk in fast food joint. There is better places in town for less money so I no longer see any reason to eat here. This location also doesn't use salt on any of the burgers or grilled items, like none. They've always been that way, I don't recall any other 5 guys being like that.

The establishment seemed well kept and staff was readily available. Food came in a reasonable time and amenities were stocked. Food was good but got 4 stars just because it's fast food.

I believe this is the best franchise burger joint in the country. Watching the burgers lined up during assembly reminds me of my college’s burgers that everyone would stand in long lines for. I enjoy the ability to add whatever condiments at no additional cost and I won a free milkshake at my last visit. I believe the price has kept to market standards and believe it comes with a higher quality product than other processed food restaurant chains. Keep up the good work!
