“My husband and I stopped by to try this food truck out after seeing lots of recommendations on FB. We ordered the Musubi plate and the Fish and Chips (special). Food came out quick, smelled delicious, and tasted even better! Portions were generous, food was perfectly cooked/well seasoned, and getting greeted by Loki (official spokesdog) made this a fun place to grab a bite. Will definitely be back to try entirely menu!“

“This was my first time trying their açaí bowls. I was not disappointed! I was visiting the area for the JUCO World Series and happen to stumble across the food truck. I am very familiar with these bowls back home in Illinois and was so excited to try one ; ) There were many options to choose from and even the option to BYO bowl. There were 2 girls and both were very friendly and kind to all my questions. Very disappointed that I did not take a pic of the bowl presented to me because it was amazing! The one thing I did like about this bowl is that it was less sweet than the ones I’m used to but I loved the taste. You guys are doing a great job! Thank you for the delicious bowl!“

“Been a hot minute since I’ve had a breakfast burrito… so I rolled into Loncheria Rubi and realized I don’t even know if I’ve ever gotten their breakfast burrito before (I’m usually a lunch burrito guy). 🌯😅

Well… mistake corrected. Fresh eggs, ham + potatoes, and that green sauce is straight-up FIRE. 🔥🤌 Yum yum. Do I miss green chile a little? Sure. But you can’t have everything… and this burrito still hits. 😎

If you want a fresh-made breakfast burrito from some great folks, stop in. Looks like they’ve got a bunch of other menu items that would be dangerous to my self-control too. 😂

“This place caught me by surprise!! I was surprised to see a bibimbap bowl on the same menu as a chimichurri burrito but if you see this truck LET IT BE A SIGN! The steak bibimbap bowl is full of farm fresh veg and is so delicious all the way through, so well balanced and amazing flavors with the kimchi sauce and pickled veg. This will be a truck I look for every time I pass through fruita. The owner is also SO nice!!! 10/10 I’ll be back for you Dango Street Food.“
