We went today, June 29, 2024, open sign was lit, lights were on, but doors locked! No sign, no nothing! So Disappointing! Don't know if it's worth complaining to corporate, looks like they did Nothing to help! Really sad these Corporations treat their loyal customers, so crappy!!
It was total BS for the Grand Junction location.
They were closed that day allegedly for "maintenance issues". We saw nobody from GG at the doors to offer vouchers honoring the prices on a later date for those who made the effort to come.
Was later told by a manager that "allegedly" they rescheduled the day to the following Monday, but there was no indication of that on the handwritten note on the door, nor any word online for those GG Reward members who have...read full review
We have eaten at here for the last 10 years and the food portions keep getting smaller and smaller for the price. When out food was cooked on the grill most of it was left on the grill burnt and we barely had any noodles added to our food. This has always been a special place for my husband and I because we always go there to eat for our anniversary. We will no longer be dinning there.
