Came here for lunch and after getting my order taken by an unfriendly cashier we proceeded to wait an hour for two sandwiches. We sat on the patio because the lobby tables were mostly taken. There were several other customers sitting outside and I watched the employees bring out all of their orders to them outside. After an hour an employee passive aggressively informed us that our food was ready and they had been calling our name for awhile...from inside. Definitely won't be back.

Edit: Yeah don't patronize this place. The owner emailed me and said that it must be my fault because they came outside and called my name multiple times. Even though I was five feet from the front door and no one ever came outside for our order. Yay for accountability!

The best and freshest around.

The establishment is refusing to apologize for the chaos of an online order pickup. Ordered 5 meals for a business meeting, utter chaos when picking up. They called my name, the employee handed me the order, but it wasn't until the meeting began and the food was distributed that we realized the mistake. There wasn't enough time to correct the issue. We believe in good ol' customer service. Management is passing the blame. So much so, they refuse to apologize. I was a solid, loyal customer. That appears to mean nothing. Saddened by the chain of events. We are also very concerned about the lack of ADA compliance at this establishment. Have you ever tried to reach the bathroom in a wheelchair???

We got iced lattes and 2 sandwiches for lunch and both enjoyed the sandwiches! I had the chicken salad sandwich which i really enjoyed and my partner got the hot/grilled turkey green chili (or something along those lines) sandwich (which i also tried and thought it was tasty!) We also got a load of seeded whole grain bread to take home and it has been great for breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast! I do think its a little pricey but sadly things are hard for restaurants regarding pricing of foods/ingredients. The girl working the register was kind and friendly.

Went to lunch today with a dear friend and we generally love this place what happened? It’s not the same. My order was given to the wrong person. The grain salad had raw grain in it. It was just terrible. I ordered the godfather sandwich. The bread was dry and the inside was just as bad. I will not be returning to this place. I used to have to go to unless there is a drastic change.

I have enjoyed Great Harvest for years, but can’t image returning. I ordered the Harvest Turkey to-go and was shocked when I opened my sandwich. The three pieces of “fresh sliced turkey” were packaged, over-processed, grey, slimy lunch meat. The avocado was a tasteless green spread that also made me think it came from a bag. Long gone are the days of wholesome high-quality ingredients.

Got two packs of cinnamon rolls for gifts, had to try one myself and also got a fried egg and cheese sandwich on sourdough which bomb! The cinnamon roll had a bit too much sugar like heavy on the brown sugar which wasn’t my thing coz it caked on the bottom straight brown sugar had to scrape it off and got sugar all over myself. Solid four stars, great service and atmosphere with live music.

I just want to say that I was disappointed when I received my BLT that there was almost nothing on the sandwich. My drink was good. But for the price I had one of each on the bread. No thank you, sorry

Edit: the fact you can't see the meat is the point of the review. The sandwich was tiny and in no way worth what you are charging for it. Do better.

Extremely disappointing meal. I ordered a Reuben that contained almost no meat. For how expensive it was this was a disappointing meal.

Great Harvest Bread Co. Is my fav place in town for lunch. There's an excellent crew always friendly & w/ a variety of delish bread (only 5 all natural ingredients, fresh baked daily, What's not to love? All their sandwiches soups & salads are consistently wonderful. In this day and age where you can eat something that might kill you, anything you eat here is good for you.
