Best customer service during a difficult time! Hillbilly Catering was a lifesaver for us as they helped us plan a reception for a loved one’s Celebration of Life. They made a difficult time easier and we will always be grateful. We were able to personalize the menu with vintage recipes that reflected our loved one. Chef Steff helped us select a balance of desserts and snacks. Everything was delicious and guests loved it. Chef Steff made the planning, on short notice, quick and easy with a professional sensitivity to our needs at a difficult time. So caring and genuine. They set everything up and even gave us to go containers for leftovers. We will definitely use them again and are now addicted to their homemade chips, pimento cheese dip and lemon pistachio bars. We highly recommend Hillbilly Catering.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They catered our company Christmas party and did a fantastic job! Everything was all set up for us, and the food was AMAZING! People were fighting over taking home the leftovers. 100% Will be using them in the future!

One of my favorite caterers to work with as a local wedding photographer. They're able to serve off-beat remote locations in addition to our beautiful venues across the western slope, the service is top-notch, they help us keep the schedule on track, and their food is always wonderful!
