Amazing food!

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They catered our company Christmas party and did a fantastic job! Everything was all set up for us, and the food was AMAZING! People were fighting over taking home the leftovers. 100% Will be using them in the future!

One of my favorite caterers to work with as a local wedding photographer. They're able to serve off-beat remote locations in addition to our beautiful venues across the western slope, the service is top-notch, they help us keep the schedule on track, and their food is always wonderful!

Excellent Food! I attended the Palisade Chamber of Commerce Awards Dinner. Rhe food was really good. The staff was wonderful too. The brisket! And the Chimichurri!!! The best I have ever had. I officiate weddings and will sure to recommend to all of my couples. You can taste the love in Hillbilly Catering's food. ♥️🍽

Stopped by and got some hillbilly nachos today. Not only were they DELICIOUS, but it was packed so full I couldn't close the container! Will definitely be eating here again. Highly recommend.
