Best customer service during a difficult time! Hillbilly Catering was a lifesaver for us as they helped us plan a reception for a loved one’s Celebration of Life. They made a difficult time easier and we will always be grateful. We were able to personalize the menu with vintage recipes that reflected our loved one. Chef Steff helped us select a balance of desserts and snacks. Everything was delicious and guests loved it. Chef Steff made the planning, on short notice, quick and easy with a professional sensitivity to our needs at a difficult time. So caring and genuine. They set everything up and even gave us to go containers for leftovers. We will definitely use them again and are now addicted to their homemade chips, pimento cheese dip and lemon pistachio bars. We highly recommend Hillbilly Catering.

The team at Hillbilly were great to work with. There were a few factors that made our wedding a little difficult for vendors - we ran the wedding off generators and there was no cell phone signal. They handled all of this with grace - bringing up their own truck, generators, and everything else to be self-sufficient while also serving 200 guests. The food was great, I have received a few follow-ups from guests confirming this. They were also punctual and great to work with - they accommodated my husband and I to have a quick tasting, though they don’t usually offer that since they work out of a catering kitchen.

Hillbilly Grill is the BEST caterer to work with! For an event of roughly 580 people, they were professional, thoughtful, and kind to everyone they interacted with. It only took 38 minutes for 580 folks to get through their lines! And the food was OUTSTANDING. The preparation before the event was so seamless, and Chef Steff and Chef Miles are so prepared. I would highly recommend Hillbilly Grill. I am beyond impressed with their services. Thank you for making our Luncheon a HIT!

Stephanie was amazing!!! The guests at my wedding all loved the food! I got the jerk chicken, brisket, baked beans and rosemary mashed potatoes. Stephanie and her team were very professional. I cannot express how amazing our special day was. Thank you Stephanie ❤️

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They catered our company Christmas party and did a fantastic job! Everything was all set up for us, and the food was AMAZING! People were fighting over taking home the leftovers. 100% Will be using them in the future!
