Sandwiches were good . The quality and quanity were lacking. The cashier hated his job that day. He wasn't very happy.

I was not impressed with the quantity of the turkey and bacon in my sandwich. In fact it was pathetic. I paid over $23 with tax for their giant size club sandwich. Club Lu Lu #16. They gave me the sandwich cut in half. I will not be back.

On December 13, 2025, at approximately 8:45 PM, my family and I walked into the Jimmy John’s by the mall intending to purchase four sandwiches for dinner. We were turned away and refused service, despite the store still being open for another 15 minutes.

The staff told us they had not seen a customer in the last 30 minutes and did not feel like making sandwiches. As a result, our family was sent away with no food.

I understand closing procedures, but refusing service while still open — especially over a standard order — is unacceptable. If the posted hours say you’re open, customers should be served until closing time.

I’m not sure if these reviews are monitored, but I will be calling the manager on Monday, as this experience does not reflect appropriate customer service or company standards.

Don't go there on your lunch break if you have a limited time they screwed up the order three people standing there watching One poor guy make all these sandwiches and everybody else is doing nothing I had a consolation prize of oh you can take a bag of chips with you for messing up your order basically I get to go back to work with not having lunch so it's okay thank you Jimmy John's

The girl was rude and they gave me the wrong thing the first time around so I went back in and they messed up my order again, unfortunately I was already at home by this point.

went to this location 25 mins before closing and the guy working there gave me a dirty look when I came in and my wrap barely had anything on it he charged me for bacon and didn't put any on, just save your time and money and go to the Jimmy Johns on north

I got here at 8pm and they seemed to be closed already and I didn't get any service so I just left

Tried ordering online, it wouldn't let me put my villing address so I couldn't place the order, but it still charged my card for nothing.

Margo was VERY rude to my grandmother and I. Overcharged both of us and was not friendly at all.

Reliable place to pick up a quick quality sandwich.
