Ordered togo pickup because I have limited time for my lunch break and half of my combo was missing (chips and cookie). Shame on me for not checking, but they stapled the bag shut and I don't have time to go drive back and ask for missing items. I expect it to be right the first time. The sandwich was good at least.

A line out the door because they are having some promotional deals. Wish places would prepare for large crowds especially while holding deals on lunch period. Bought my food and didn't have time to eat it. Waste of money and time and I was late to meet my client at work.

HORRIBLE Experience. I placed an order for delivery. After about 1 1/2 hours I called to check on my order. The response was "It's out for delivery, it should be there in 20 minutes or so." I expressed that I was somewhat frustrated because I had placed the order an hour and a half ago and it might still be another 20 minutes before I got my food." The manager's response was "I'm sorry, I've been dealing with this all day." And that was it.About 10 minutes later the order arrived. The driver was short and snappy. The order ended up missing one of the sandwiches. I called the store back and told the manager our order was missing a sandwich, his response was "Well do you even want us to send you another one or what?" I told him no, at this point, I would like a refund. I placed my order almost 2 hours prior, and when it finally showed up it didn't even have all of my food. His response was a short "Ok we'll do that" and hung up the phone.I understand having a busy day and an order taking a little extra time for delivery. 2 hours is a LOT of extra time. The lack of accountability and response from manager was just poor customer service and I didn't even get my sandwich...

These kids get your order quick and delicious.! Sandwiches subs are fan taste tic! Try the spicy Italian! Clean atmosphere! And public restrooms!
