If you’re coming here for sushi, I’d encourage you to locate a different restaurant. Their specialty sushi roll options are basically the same thing with slight variations…if shrimp tempura or deep fried rolls are your thing, then you might be in your element. If you’re looking for a broader option, this is definitely not the place for you.My husband had the miso ramen said it was decent, I have to take his word for it as I did not try it or order any type of ramen. The sesame balls appetizer was good, but from all the times I’ve had this (which is quite a bit) I can’t imagine anyone messing it up.The ramen came out about 10 min prior to the sushi so my oldest son and husband were finished with their food right as our sushi was arriving. They also somehow never put our crab roll order in, despite the waitress reading our order back to us after us telling her what we wanted. They put the order in and it took another 7ish min for it to arrive.I’d guess it’s best to go here for ramen. Don’t go for sushi.

Sushi was excellent!! Some of the best I’ve had in the Valley so far- Wish most of their rolls didn’t come with the spicy mayo….Ive noticed most places around here smother that on their rolls- it Ruins it .

Koi Ramen & Sushi is the best place in GJ for ramen. The broth is so rich and tasty, and the ingredients are all well prepared and generous.

I remember when this place first opened it was amazing. The food was so yummy and the drinks amazing. The last year we've been there a few times and the bobas are way overpriced for how bad they are now and every time we eat the ramen we immediately get horrible stomach pains and the s***s followed by food poisoning for a couple days after.I don't know what happened but we no longer go here since we've started having this issues consistently. Such a shame too.

My husband and I decided to check out Koi Ramen & Sushi for our anniversary. It was recommended by a colleague. We were absolutely surprised and delighted by the bright and appealing space and decor. The customer service was great and our food - beef-kimchi ramen and sushi, was excellent. Our waiter explained our food choices and introduced them as they were served. They have a nice selection of saki, as well. Tables were bussed quickly and water refilled promptly. You're going to need a reservation soon, because this restaurant is a hidden gem!Parking: plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility right in front of the restaurant.

Food took forever to get to the table and was cold.I love this place and the food, but the service has taken a dive lately, and food is constantly served separately instead of the entire time at once, so everyone gets to eat. Instead, one person is left waiting while everyone else is eating and finishing. It was not a great experience.

This place used to be great. I guess it's just the service that was so bad it brought it down. Waited for 40 minutes for food when it wasn't busy then they forgot my son's kids ramen. Had to flag down a waiter to ask about it. Took another 20 minutes for that to come out. Had to flag down another waiter just to pay. Shoulda just walked out long before that.

The food was great! We shared a tempura appetizer and three sushi rolls. The tempura was a little greasy from the oil not quite being hot enough, but everything was still cooked well and golden brown. We got a sexy roll, crab roll and caterpillar. Those were all excellent. We weren’t given any pickled ginger or wasabi, but the sexy roll was hot enough I didn’t miss it and I don’t care for pickled ginger. If the ginger is a must for you or you NEED your wasabi, I’m sure they’d oblige. Our waiter was very helpful. I also ordered miso ramen. It was PERFECT!! I would’ve taken a picture, but I had already made a mess of it before I thought about it. The pork belly was cooked beautifully with amazing caramelization and the egg was perfectly poached with a soft yolk that was to die for. I definitely overate! Highly recommended!!!Kid-friendliness: There is a small kid’s section on the menu. My daughter is older, so she also shares the sushi, but she enjoyed her kid’s sized bowl of ramen. It wasn’t as fancy as an adult’s, which made it perfect for a kid’s palette. There was also a fish tank that is situated so that it can be seen from most places in the restaurant. Every kid I’ve known loves to watch the colorful fish and coral in a saltwater tank. Of course, I saw a clownfish and a blue tang just like Marlin, Nemo and Dory.Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t have a wheelchair, but I do need a walker. So often, I have to look ahead and plan my route in a restaurant to navigate around people and tables. I understand that they want to be able to serve more customers, but it really makes things more difficult for people like me with mobility issues. Zero problems here! The tables are all nicely spaced with well defined, wide walkways. It also made it easy to park my walker right next to our table. Plenty of space for it plus the other patrons.
