Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I ordered for delivery. I was sick with the common cold and needed a pick me up; so I got a shrimp Alfredo, chicken gnocchi soup, breadsticks and some Alfredo dipping sauce. Most other Olive gardens I’ve been to or ordered from were GREEDY. Always skimping on the shrimp, never filling the sauces correctly, giving take-out orders stale breadsticks. With it being the holidays, too, I felt bad about ordering and giving workers more to do right before thanksgiving. This meal made my whole day, there were exactly enough shrimp, the Alfredo sauce was filled up, and the breadsticks were all warm and fresh. The chicken gnocchi soup was fantastic as always. 11/26/2025, all of yall deserve a raise.

We went there for dinner because my daughter was moving out of state the next day. The staff was very attentive and polite. Really enjoyed the meal.

10/10 service, was welcomed by John when I walked in and I immediately felt welcomed. Angelie also did a great job complimenting John’s wonderful energy and bringing up to our table. The whole staff is lovely ❤️

I wanted to treat myself to a dinner by myself but I waited 14 minutes to be seated after checking in at front, only to go back & ask about the wait to be told I wasn’t actually checked in. You can tell there was a lot of new people & ongoing training going on, but it stinks that they can’t even handle a one person party before 5 PM. There were also several people up front but they let the phone ring & ring without answering. It felt like there was no management holding everything down.

My waiter came to my table twice and and everyone at my table got one thing and we got one thing of bread sticks and the waiter we had was behind us three time and look at us and walked away all of us left unhappy and still hungry.

The food was delicious and plentiful. The server was great, kept drinks, soup, and salad filled. Kept checking on us. Not too much that felt intrusive and not so little where we would feel neglected. Goldilocks amount of time....just right! Having an autistic child we have desensitised him to noise but it still gets to him and us from time to time. Unfortunately, rushing to eat out as soon as hubby gets off work (6 o'clock) is still too busy to have a quiet meal out without it getting too late. Pack em in like sardines.

Alexis Wickham was our server and we was so so so sweet. She was on top of everything and so amazing. Never thought I was get this good of service anywhere, especially at an Olive Garden, we came kind of late and she was still awesome. My partner ordered his food wrong and she let him get it all new. She was great. Thank you Alexis!

José was a great waiter with great jokes. The food came out fast and hot, what more can you ask for
