Horrible customer service- Kristy A Jordan was the worst manager I've ever met and had horrible customer service

José was a great waiter with great jokes. The food came out fast and hot, what more can you ask for

Had to wait a long time before getting a table so one in our group could sit at a table with a wheelchair.

Very good tour Italy and chicken parmesan and chicken alfredo very good salad

Olive Gardens do not prepare fresh food. I know an electrician that hooks up their kitchens which is nothing but a row of microwaves. Everything comes in frozen, thrown in microwave, served as fresh! This is why your 1st bowl of soup might be steaming hot and the 2nd bowl just Luke warm. You can get the same fare in the frozen food section of grocery store at half the price.
Since there is no prep time with meals why is service so slow?

We had good experience. Our server Kristi, was attentive, friendly and engaging. It would be great if you offered a lighter dessert such a spumoni ice cream which is served at other Italian restaurants.

We went around 630 and only had a 25 minute wait (not bad imo). They could use with a little more space for people waiting or use those pagers that light up/vibrate when it's your turn so people can wait outside. Food was delicious, bread sticks were amazing as always! Service was pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere is peaceful and family friendly. It can be a little crowded especially at busy times but not enough to be an issue for us. They have a nice pay & review system on tables to.

The food was great. Our waiter didn't listen all the way to our order, so he didn't bring us what we asked for drink wise, but other than that, it was good.

Obviously the server was having a bad day. Never had a problem in the past. Usually quick and fun servers.
Often have chicken parm and always great but was dry and overcooked this time. It was between Christmas and new years and extremely busy. Will go back since usually no problems.

Mom loves to go to Olive Garden when we are in Grand Junction. It's always good, fast, and friendly.
