We had good experience. Our server Kristi, was attentive, friendly and engaging. It would be great if you offered a lighter dessert such a spumoni ice cream which is served at other Italian restaurants.
We went around 630 and only had a 25 minute wait (not bad imo). They could use with a little more space for people waiting or use those pagers that light up/vibrate when it's your turn so people can wait outside. Food was delicious, bread sticks were amazing as always! Service was pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere is peaceful and family friendly. It can be a little crowded especially at busy times but not enough to be an issue for us. They have a nice pay & review...
Obviously the server was having a bad day. Never had a problem in the past. Usually quick and fun servers.
Often have chicken parm and always great but was dry and overcooked this time. It was between Christmas and new years and extremely busy. Will go back since usually no problems.
