Turn off your DoorDash. You guys officially suck. I don't know how many times I've gone in here and you guys don't have the order or some other nonsense and it's a 30 minute ordeal to make five bucks. Anyone who orders here should know better to not. It's a flipping gas station not a Pizza Hut

I've been stopping here for years. good parking.And buffet style counter.. It's hard to eat healthy on the road. So it helps that they have salads. Boiled eggs stuff like that.

I was completely embarrassed by the GM at this store. I've been driving over a decade and never once was I accused of stealing. I come in this pilot 3-4 times a week for my loads to Henderson Colorado. Ashley the GM of the store said "What did you put in your pocket?" I stated Are you serious? She said empty out your pockets in front of other Professional drivers. I did, by the way I should of made her call the cops on me. I made 132k last year. Just like all you drivers I spend easily 50-100 a day in pilot stores. After I emptied my pockets she just turned away. Never even apologize to me. Took a shower came back out and she smirks at me in her office still with no apologies. Check the cameras and you will clearly see I never came close to putting anything in my pocket. I grabbed the item which was 10.99 walked straight to empty the change at the self help. Literally 10 feet away the whole exchange. She broke my rights by making me empty my pockets out. Completely embarrassed me in front of other drivers. Ashley needs to go. At least have the decency to apologize when you mess up. No apology she needs to go. You messed up Ashley. I already sent in the complaint to corporate. Don't abuse people rights at the store. Your the boss of your employees not the drivers.

I requested a slice of my favorite pizza, and there was another type of pizza that I hadn't seen before. When inquired about that type, the cashier explained to me what it was and proceeded to stack one slice on my box stating that it was for me to "sample". To me, that is great customer service. Thank you pilot flying j staff. Thank you pilot flying j for your support to professional drivers.

PJ Fresh is not so fresh. This was a horrible idea. We truck drivers want good food. Not thawed, microwave garbage. I have no idea why your massive chain can't lease to local mom and pop restaurants that can offer drivers healthy food choices.

Convenient place to RV dump, fill with water, diesel, and propane. Everyone was friendly and helpful (except for Connie who was a grouch). Quick and easy- pay inside and then use code at the dump station. Propane service was also fast and friendly.

Very clean pilot decent parking and the food is delicious. They have a PJ Fresh that serves your typical pizza and wings but also home style food like pot roast and green beans or meatloaf with Mac n cheese with mashed potatoes and gravy. The meatloaf was the best.
