Man I love their food. Such a great little set up too. I took my family there and we had a ball conversing with the cashier. The food came out quick and tasted amazing. Great job Smokin Oak.

Good atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. Critique, never serve marinara sauce on the side cold, should be at a minimum room temp if not warm preferred, pizza is ok, you may be disappointed depending on your taste and not as good as old Chicago. Sauce, cheese was very inconsistently dispersed and really on the lighter side.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 desserts. 4 pizzas burnt. No said anything. This was takeout and did not notice till got home. Not i little but burnt. Could not eat 1 pc and was not able to eat crust. The employees saw it when they put it in the box

The hours must be wrong. They dont pick up their phone and the website is broken for ordering online. There's no way to place a pickup order to this place between 8-9. Frustrating...

Stopped in on a Friday night 4/10 @ 7:00pm and the staff was starting closing duties. We were told to sit on the east side tables because the west tables were cleaned for closing. Closing two hours before closing time on a Friday night?!?
Really! Maybe the owner isn't in the business to make a profit... but The owner should know they are paying more for 6 employees to close then encouraging and welcoming customers...We took our order to go and ate in our vehicle. it was 7:30pm when we got our order.

Ordered for pickup and the pizzas were ready right on time. Huge hit with the family and definitely on the list the next time we're in town.

I had a terrible experience here today with I assume the manager, I had placed an order to go online and went to pick them up at the time I picked ended up waiting for an extra 15 minutes then they missed my side of sauce and the manager wanted to argue with that I had to pay for extra sauce I didnt make your system but my ticket shows extra sauce.. service here has went way down in the past 6 months

Bummed me out! Meeting a date here tonight 3/7 and bragging about how wonderful this place is. I’m here at 8:20pm and they wouldn’t serve us salads…. Said it was all put away. Closing time is 9pm…Not good for business. Very disappointing.
