Starbucks in Grand Junction

“Was helped by Fawn (I believe that was her name), she was personable and got my order quickly. Got an Impossible egg sandwich and a Frappuccino. It was tasty, and the sausage was not over seasoned. The bun was a bit hard on the one side. Otherwise, it was good. The one complaint was that the restroom was pretty dirty. I had even mentioned that the restrooms in Starbucks are usually pretty clean when going into the store, not this one, unfortunately. Overall, the Frappuccino was made perfectly, and the sandwich hit the spot and Fawn/Fern? was great!“

the staff were so nice!! this might be the best customer service i've ever had. they were so friendly.
the atmosphere in this location is perfect.

if you ever want to pick something up there, my recommendations are the butter croissant and the mango dragonfruit refresher, they're my faves.“

“My friend actually went in and ordered me a drink. I'm such a difficult person when it comes to my drink. I don't really like too many things. So for him to order, and for it to come out, right?That was a plus cause usually they have a hard time, so thank you, with getting the order right. I really appreciate it“

Her scolding took me off guard. Was this genuine regard for my well being and choices?

It turns out it was not, it was an upsell with the intent of selling pastries.

I would gladly pay someone $100/hour to act like they care that much about my choices. I guess I do, but my therapist doesn't have an espresso machine, flavored syrups or alternative milks.

And what she said to me when I gave her my order is something I've since relayed to 2 friends and a dozen family members.This lovely barista asked me if I'd had anything to eat that day. “This morning there was a rush hour and there was a long line. Issac at the window made conversation and was very friendly. He still made sure that we got what we needed and made sure that we got our right order. It was balance of quick customer service. Issac you are awesome and take that trip to Idaho.“

“I usually come Saturday morning when I run my errands and Marcia always takes amazing care of me. When the new one was built next door I cheated and went there so I didn’t have to get my toddler out of the car. It’s absolutely terrible. Always watered down no matter what I get. So back to City Market and Marcia. Tonight I went at the end of the day and Rylee helped me. He was just as amazing! I tried something new and he was extremely personable (just like Marcia) and the shaken espresso was heavenly. Another young blond has helped me as well but I didn’t catch her name. “The crew at the Broadway Starbucks in Grand Junction, CO is by far the best barista crew ever! They are always super happy, taking care of their customers with a joie de vivre not seen very often these days! I love this crew!! BRAVO to you all!“

“The workers here are phenomenal. My friend has a specifically tough order and they happily oblige her on a weekly basis. They are friendly and personable. These workers make it happen with smiles and good work ethic. They can’t do all the things the chain stores can but they make happen what they can and I prefer them to the chain stores! “Nice Starbucks location in Grand Junction! Very friendly staff. Love that you can add whey/protein powder to your drink (hot and cold). Gives you up to 15 grams extra protein intake. They also offer Starbucks merchandise, toilets, WiFi and free parking.“

“Went in tonight 20 minutes before closing and Ana was super nice and really helpful she was so sweet the whole time. This girl definitely needs a raise I hope y’all know you hired a good one because now a days good customer service is hard to find! I went home super happy with all my drinks and happy with the service she provided me and my kiddos.“
