Yesterday, Thursday April 27 at about 10:30 a.m. I had the most refreshing customer service experience I have had in a very long time! I stopped at Starbucks in Safeway on Horizon in Grand Junction. The young woman in charge was absolutely wonderful. She was cheerful and seemed genuinely interested in her customers! I walked out of there with a smile on my face. Service is absolutely great with friendly people who are happy to see you when you come in. So why four stars instead of five? Because I feel like Starbucks coffee is good as a consistent standard, but not the best ever in flavor.
