Ok they seriously need to learn there sizes. Don't charge someone more money and give them the wrong size I ordered a grande and they gave me a tall. I'm pretty pissed off about it. Learn your sizes people.

The wonderful lady at the register who took my order was the most friendly and polite person I've interacted with ordering food or coffee in a long time. Then, as if I couldn't be more impressed, the nice girl who made my coffee was the fastest most efficient Starbucks employee I've EVER seen!! It was unreal how fast she made like 10 coffees to speed up the wait time!! I wasn't the only person who noticed both of these things too. Everyone was very happy with thier experience(This was at 9:30am on 9/1/23)PLEASE give these 2 lady's a raise asap!!

The frapacino's are best with an extra shot of expresso and two full pumps of your favorite syrup to give your coffee the extra flare it needs. The service was mixed at this location. Whereas the cashier appeared impatient, the batista was friendly and welcoming. Long line for small to medium-sized city of Grand

Yesterday, Thursday April 27 at about 10:30 a.m. I had the most refreshing customer service experience I have had in a very long time! I stopped at Starbucks in Safeway on Horizon in Grand Junction. The young woman in charge was absolutely wonderful. She was cheerful and seemed genuinely interested in her customers! I walked out of there with a smile on my face. I didn’t get her name but whoever she is, she is a STAR! I hope Starbucks realizes what a gem she is! Thanks for making my day a little brighter!
