“This past Sunday we visited this Starbucks which was at the time short staffed with a line that wrapped around the building. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! The staff were still super pleasant and friendly regardless of being slammed with a line of customers. The drinks also exceeded expectations. I honestly expected poor quality because of how busy it was but these were some of the best drinks I've ever had from Starbucks. I really hope management knows what a great team you have working there , I was very impressed with them all!“

And what she said to me when I gave her my order is something I've since relayed to 2 friends and a dozen family members.This lovely barista asked me if I'd had anything to eat that day. She asked as though she knew I was ordering a large coffee, laden with sugar, as my first meal .....at 2 pm.Her scolding took me off guard. Was this genuine regard for my well being and choices? It turns out not, it was an upsell with the intent of selling pastries.BUT dat tone.❤I could see paying someone $100/hour to act like they care that much about my choices.

“I order my ground coffee from here and I am hooked! I found it challenging to find low acidic flavored coffee until I stumbled upon this place. I have IC and was told I couldn't drink acidic things again, unless I wanted intense pain. I had to say goodbye to coffee until I discovered air roasting, which is less acidic. I do not get a reaction from drinking this and I am so thankful for it. This is one of the few air roasters with flavored ground coffee I discovered. Thank you for being awesome!“
