The customer service was okay, nothing too remarkable, but what really stood out for me was the atmosphere. “Love this LGS! If you want to find a cool hangout and play Magic or Dungeons and Dragons this is it! They host tournaments and have a different event every night. Oh and they sell games too. Lots of games! The people here are nice and are willing to review your collection or inspect singles if you need help or are concerned with authenticity. Open until about 4. “This location reigns supreme! The donuts are always fresh and I swear they have more vanilla or love or something. Food is excellent and the eggs are actually made right!!! The drip coffee served is hot and the airpots it is served in are clean and taken care of which is a big deal for me. The ladies are always friendly and ready to take your order. It’s also obvious the community loves this location as well just by hearing the interactions.

“This day, when I treated myself to a Starbuck, the young woman working the counter was decked out in Christmas gear and extremely friendly. And what she said to me when I gave her my order is something I've since relayed to 2 friends and a dozen family members.This lovely barista asked me if I'd had anything to eat that day. She asked as though she knew I was ordering a large coffee, laden with sugar, as my first meal .....at 2 pm.Her scolding took me off guard. Was this genuine regard for my well being and choices? It turns out not, it was an upsell with the intent of selling pastries.BUT dat tone.❤I could see paying someone $100/hour to act like they care that much about my choices.
