Drink came out good, nice atmosphere however you get a lot of backlash for customizing your drinks, I asked for lite ice as was met with a very quick “we don’t do that” which was met with my “I’ve done it a million times, even here….” And then it was made, no issue.

Still remembering Starbucks when people were well trained, did tastings, and were given the opportunity to learn more about coffee and how to make it. There's very little consistency anymore and the quality of the coffee has gone down.

The wonderful lady at the register who took my order was the most friendly and polite person I've interacted with ordering food or coffee in a long time. Then, as if I couldn't be more impressed, the nice girl who made my coffee was the fastest most efficient Starbucks employee I've EVER seen!! It was unreal how fast she made like 10 coffees to speed up the wait time!! I wasn't the only person who noticed both of these things too. Everyone was very happy with...
