Great location unless it's busy and then service really breaks down because it's understaffed for regular lunch rushes. Really, it probably shouldn't have a drive-thru... not enough space for staffing for that in the small size of the restaurant

Subway app ordered sandwiches less than desirable. Wrong toppings, incorrect amounts. Special instructions not adhered to. Drive-thru out of order. Positive and friendly attitude from employee though. ❤️
Vegetarian options: MorningStar farms veggie patties are available.
Went to go order through the drive thru and the person over the line said that they weren't taking drive thru orders in the rudest way possible there was also no indication that the drive thru was closed

Today, 9/8/24, I came into this location, I had 2 adults with special needs with me. As I and one of the individuals were trying to order, the other individual was sitting at the table and she was starting to get upset because she was hungry/thirsty. As I’m trying to help the individual who is standing with me in line and try and calm down the other individual at the table, the employee who helped us seemed very rude and snarky, she also had some friends who were eating in the dining room who seemed to be judging myself as well as the individuals who were with me. They were laughing really loud and were making comments anytime I would say something or the individual who was sitting at the table. I noticed when the friends were leaving they were all standing by the register laughing and giggling. I understand being younger and having your friends come visit you at work but I don’t feel like it’s okay when they are making comments about other people, especially people with special needs. Anyways once we were finally done in line and sitting down I noticed all of the tables really dirty. I usually love bringing the individuals with me to subway because it’s a healthier option than fast food, but I was really disappointed by this visit.

We ordered 2 sandwiches, both of them are sloppily done, and they are absolutely tiny! They messed up my wife's order twice! The first time they added a condiment that was unnecessary, and then after remaking it, they added no extras that she had in there, just the meat balls and cheese, they were able to fit 2 full sized sandwiches into a bag meant to be sized for one, terrible. 25 dollars for 2 hot dogs basically, that's the size of the sandwiches, I've never had a sub sandwich in footling format that basically be a six inch, this subway seems to always have half a** employees working in it. There are other subways in the immediate vicinity I'd advise anyone else to go to, the only thing this place has is a drive thru that works only half the time. Other than that you'd have to walk in anyway to have them fix your sandwich, this is just wrong.

The people working there are nice the locations decent but they discontinued pretty much everything and it's still options on the kiosk at the drive-thru so when you get ready to put a order through and you think you're going to have a good order they tell you that everything is discontinued that you've chosen

Unser staffed for lunch hour too me over 25 minutes to get one sandwich and a bag of chips. Servers were rushed and had to ask repeatedly what sandwich I wanted and size. Told them 3 times I wanted a 6” and they still made a 12” which cut into my budget. By the time I got back to work I didn’t have time to eat and my sandwich was so messy that it was leaking through the wrapping. I’m really disappointed at everything about this experience!

The lady who works here is so sweet and says yellow to everyone who walks through the door. Very efficient and the bathroom was super clean!!!!!!
When I arrived, the staff was very professional, and had great manners. The food was done with great time management, while the line kept moving. When sitting down to eat, I noticed that the tables were kept with with cleanliness, and the floor had been freshly swept and mopped. The GM was great in assisting with questions. The second time I went in there, was last week and had the same kind of experience. I 100% recommend, if you're feeling like eating subway and being like Jerad from the commercials. This is the subway you want!
This was the worst service I have had in a Subway. The staff was scattered and couldn’t give their full attention to the guests and the sandwich was poorly made.

I waited 25 mins in the drive thru for a six in sub, drink and two cookies. There was a person in front of me so I understand a little bit of a wait. But I watched several other customers get serviced while I waited. I also did not get the right items on my sandwich nor my cookies. Very disappointing visit.

Terrible experience. There were hair everywhere on our food sandwich mine and my husband and even the chips. Nobody was competent there were 2 people preparing the same sandwich at the same time. It was horrible. Even if we want to complain to someone. They were nobody competent enough to complain. Will never be back and do not recommended !
