I’m stunned. I ordered a salad and they just put the meat on top. Didn’t bother to cut it. When I asked, the response was they’ve never been instructed to cut it. Really? They acted like it was such an inconvenience to cut the meat up. If it wasn’t meant to be cut up then why does it show it cut up on the picture menu!? Do better.

It's always clean, always fast, and always stocked. Mackenzie does a great job welcoming people through the door and keeping everything tidy. Definitely will come back.

Natalie is my hero. I came in not in the best mood, but she gave excellent service with a smile and turned my day around. Huge shout out to her!

Ordered in the drive thru and waited fifteen minutes for our order while the workers inside did walk in after walk in.

I cant rate anything but service because i walked in to order and stood in line for 15 minutes and only one customer had been served. I went across the street to taco bell and got my food in 7 minutes. Thats with waiting in line paying and waiting for my food. This is the second time this has happened. Walked in hungry and walked out hungry and frustrated.
20 min for one sandwich at the drive through…. Just now
The drive thru is painfully slow. Like 20+ minutes with no one in front of us….
Can't break a 100 on a 80 dollar order, for real. Never going here again for the inconvenience.

I walked into Subway expecting a fresh, delicious sandwich, just as the advertisements had promised. What I got, however, was anything but.
First, let’s talk about the bread—if you can even call it that. Instead of the soft, fluffy texture depicted in commercials, I was handed something closer to a stale, crusty, hard bread. Each bite felt like a scrapping of the roof of my mouth, making me question whether I had unknowingly ordered a sub or a cracker like sandwich.
Then there was the filling—if “filling” is even the right word. The sandwich I received barely resembled the well-stuffed, ingredient-packed subs you see in advertisements. Whata scam!!!! Barely any it resembles meat!!! sad-looking excuse of beef, and a few wilted veggies sat limply between the hard bread. It was almost comical how little effort seemed to go into making it resemble the marketed product.
And the taste? Let’s just say that I would have been better off eating anywhere else. The bread was stale, the meat was bland, and the overall experience was nothing short of disappointing.
The kid working there was alright as he seemed overwhelmed, yet disinterested, as he was rushing through orders without care. Maybe they knew what I was about to endure and just wanted to get it over with. I sure wish I wouldn’t of ordered online so I could’ve critique it as it was going through. That’s a huge mistake always. But I was trusting that they would deliver a little bit better of a sandwich.
Subway’s slogan used to be “Eat Fresh,” but after this experience, they might want to reconsider. “Eat Regret” feels more appropriate.
Would I go back? No damn chance of it. I’m done with this subway franchise. There’s so many better sandwich shops. I guess I had to learn the hard way. So, If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, you’re better off going elsewhere, maybe try a grocery store, hotel restaurant, even or there’s a Denny’s not too far away that couldn’t have been even this bad.
I really should’ve looked at the reviews and pictures posted on here. I was too hungry and in a rush. Really regret it!!! People Write reviews for a reason. I’m gonna have to get back to check reviews and make sure I don’t make this mistake over and over again.
Ordered protine bowls and missing ingredients out of drinks. Out fountain drinks.
Both of my sandwiches tasted like cleaning chemicals. I ended up having to throw them both away. Disgusting!
Waited in the store for almost 10 minutes and called out for someone three times and no one ever came to the front to take our order, we ended up getting frustrated and leaving without buying anything. Employees were clearly in the store we can hear talking and pans clattering but no one came to help us.
Great service the young lady was fantastic at making my sandwich 🥪😁 to my liking. And very friendly and professional. Should try the Oreo footloge dessert sandwich. Yummy 😋
