Went there just as lunch was starting. I ordered the new chicken nuggets and they looked and smelled burnt. We had to wait 10 minutes for our food, it seemed there was only one person assembling orders.

I don't recommend coming to this location during the closing shift. Youll spend over 30 minutes watching kids behind the counter chit chat and play on their phones while one lonely member makes the order. Even though they were not busy at all, they made it seem inconveniencing that i was asking about my order. The staff, including the manager on duty, was extremely rude and even more lazy...once arriving home with our food we discovered there was sour cream on everything (we asked for no sour cream) we asked for light lettuce and received a lettuce stuffed tortilla, our burritos were supposed to have extra meat and there was little to no none. This was very dissapointing. I love taco bell but I will never come to this location again.

The app transitioned my order from an in-store order to a drive-thru order and I had to check in when I arrived at the restaurant. I very distinctly remember clicking the in-store order button as I never order ahead for the drive-thru because that's ridiculous. I will update after 10 successful mobile orders that are properly placed through the app.

Great service! The cashier helped with our online order. I also witnessed a customer rudely treating the staff and the young man with long hair behind the counter handled it very professionally with a smile.

I hate going thru a drive thru where she won't say thank you, you're welcome, crack a smile or anything. Especially when it's that slow why are the customers the only ones giving the customer service?? Id rather pay more for worse food and get it from someone who doesn't hate me for no reason
