I was just passing by when me and my family wanted something to eat so we decided to go to taco bell on horizon. We were greeted with a friendly cashier i think her name was mariah. She took our order and helped my little ones figure out what they wanted. Thank you for making our experience wonderful mariah!

the boss of this store needs extra training on how to treat staff she acts nice to customers but is very rude and condescending to the workers! try running the store by yourself then! 5 stars for the staff and 0 stars for the woman in charge

Ordered food from the Decades menu. The Chili Cheese Burrito was fresh and cheesy. Chili tasted like it was fresh, not stale from sitting all day. The Caramel Apple Empanada was deliciously sweet.

They get orders wrong all the time. They've gotten mine wrong several times in a row. I stopped going for a while and then go back and it keeps happening. It's not the worst one in town, but it's definitely a terrible Taco Bell. I sure know
Worst Burrito Supremes I’ve ever tasted. This has been my favorite menu item for over 40 years. These burritos were abysmal! There was only a tiny amount of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream at the very end of the burritos. These are supposed to be in every bite! There were like 5 drops of sour cream, and maybe 6 little cubes of tomato. A complete failure! If I were not eating on the road I would have returned them and asked for a refund. This Taco Bell needs to get its act together.

Went to drive thru and got 12 pk of Cinnabon delights and got on the interstate to go home they were all ice cold in the middle. So concerned about getting good timing sending cold food....smh.

Can I give one half or zero stars? I just dealt with one of the rudest managers I have ever dealt with in a service industry and that's saying a lot. The poorest excuse for management I have seen. Definitely won't be returning to THIS location anytime soon. The young man working the register was helpful, polite and responsible - maybe he should be the manager!
