If you order a meal and ask for freezes instead of fountain drinks between the hours of 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm happier hour you get charged $1 for the regular size and $1.20 for large size. If you complain, you are told that it's policy. So I paid an extra $3.40 for freezes during happier hour. I bought 3 luxe boxes: 2 supreme and one classic, for what should have been $19.00 plus tax and got charged $22.40 plus $1.94 tax. I don't think that is right. I believe that it's an unethical policy.

Very rude, didn't listen to what i wanted and or didn't want on the order messed up basically everything we got not to mention we had to ask for a specific number of sauces after asking for a hand-full to get 4 sauces

Ordered 6 hard shell tacos and 2 meals last night in the drive. thru. Was checking the meal and noticed they hadn't given usthe hot and diablo sauces. The girl gave us sone after she told us not stop in thr drive thru. Got home and there was only 5 tacos. Didn't know the crunch wrap was all vegetables and no meat?

I'd stay away, there's no unified command, you have a shift lead who's wife is in corporate so he pulls bs all the time.. the actual gm is a pushover and let's everyone get what they want.. the crew doesn't care if they get the order wrong because they are too busy with their side conversations to pay attention to what they're making.. so, eat there if you really want, but I'd certainly go somewhere else

Someone needs to come out & say it..... this place always has a "funky" smell. Not quiet sure as to why but it always does. Does it keep people away, not in the least. Heck, I did a mobile order from there. The staff is always really nice, that's a bonus! The food is always made to order so it's not all stale, just wish there wasn't that funky smell there.??? It's clean tho, so what's up?

Sean the window cashier was exceptionally rude. Didn't give the right change and yelled rudely at my mom. .. I will not b coming back and telling my friends not to eat here. The girl was pleasant on the speaker tho
