We had a reservation we waited over an hour for our food and then when we received our food parts of our order was wrong. We waited another 45mins for the incorrect food to be remade & staff did not seem to concerned to honor a discount for the trouble until we asked which in my eyes is poor customer service. We ended up taking the correct order to go because by the time we received the remade order everyone at our table was done eating.. which was not only disappointing but inconvenient. What was supposed to be a family dinner with family and friends turned into a super disappointing dinner. Will not be returning.

Olivia with the glasses was our server tonight and she was so good! Very attentive and got everything out correctly and kept our drinks full. The food was great and rolls where really good today as well. 10x better than our previous visit.

Went to dinner tonight, got a Ribeye medium with shrimp. Ribeye came and was well done and missing mushrooms and onions. Waiter and family insisted I send it back so I let her take it. Second Ribeye comes out more raw than blue. At this pint my family were done eating and my shrimp and mushrooms were cold so I told them to take the raw ribeye and I’d get dinner elsewhere on our way back out of town. Extremely disappointed. Ended up having KFC for dinner. Staff were great.

Death Trap
I've never really liked this place BUT, recently, went twice in the same month due to meetings and a birthday party. The food wasn't really anything special. There are WAY better bbq spots in town. The service was slow, but it's not the servers fault. He was nice, but there wasn't enough staff to back him up. And, I do hate the atmosphere in there. It's so big, and uninviting . That's my 2 cents. Mainly the food was my concern, as that cost me money.

The food was great as always. Service this time was not great at all. I went in last week by myself to celebrate a professional accomplishment and came in during the dinner rush. I anticipated waiting for a bit of time but nowhere near the amount of time that I actually had to wait. I was standing there by myself after checking in for 25 minutes after numerous cohorts of other parties were set all after I had a ride. At least 30 other parties were sat before I was individually sat at a table. 25 of which came in after I did. They told me just wait and I will Sat down and it never happened. After numerous event s I finally went back up and told them that I was leaving. If I was not sad immediately. They told me. Oops, we forgot you were there and apologize. This experience will make me question the next time I want to go to Texas Roadhouse. Overall, it was not a pleasurable experience this time around
