This coffee is so bad and watery for how expensive it is. I got an iced latte with an extra shot, vanilla, and brown sugar syrup and it tasted like water and cinnamon with 5 pieces of ice. grooooooss I had gotten a chai latte here a year ago and it was the same thing, very watery barely any ice and gross. I was hoping they would be better a year later.

My complaint is to whoever handles scheduling here. Why are there only a few baristas in the middle of a rush? I hope they got a raise after that… the baristas are always so kind here and they do a great job. It’s a shame to see they are treated this way. Whoever manages this place needs to be replaced or do better!

The whole center of my chicken sandwhich was cold. My wife’s biscuit was fine and our drinks were on point. I was the first of one of two. There was no rush. I was too lazy and in a hurry to go talk to them as I’m sure they would’ve fixed it but I had things to do and only so much time and I ate that thing in four bites.
She looked new and mistakes happen so I get it but the sandwich was gross 🤮

I stopped by the LaSalle Stand a few days ago and wanted to try something new, Lex the manager in LaSalle made me the most amazing drink, Iced snowy with pomegranate and it tasted better then I expected. Dez and Randi were literally scrubbing the drain and tiles on the floor!! Everytime we go we always get the best service at the LaSalle location. We will actually go out of our way to stop at the LaSalle 1!! This trip was extra amazing just seeing how much pride those girls take in having a clean store!!
My favorite drive through coffee shop! The coffee is delicious, the options are variable and plentiful, and I like their rotating menu and specials. I go every Tuesday because they offer a free kid's drink with my purchase, and it's become a tradition with my son.
