We driving through town and stop at this food truck we ordered the number one most recommended birra taco, horchatas, lengua taco and bean and rice. Very disappointed with the bean and rice the beans had yellow cheese and the rice had peas in it wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew. I ordered the lengua taco and they did not tell me if I’m ordering one at a time I thought I was ordering a set gotta be clear if you ordering from here. The horchata was the smallest cup I’ve ever received from a Mexican food truck honestly sad and it tasted way too sweet! Only thing I enjoyed was the birra tacos and they were okay I’ve definitely had better.

Absolutely love VIP Tacos.Super fast and efficient street food.Friendly staff is always helpful explaining what some of these items on the menu are.We have tried several different dishes that we couldn't even pronounce, lol but recommended. And they never fail us. Delicious fast Mexican food.The chili relleno is bar far the best in the valley!Atmosphere? North Ave. The Hollywood if Grand Junction. Love it!Highly Recommended

Probably not my favorite taco truck in town, but they have some of the best easily. Very fast, very good food. Their queso Birria tacos are absolutely delicious as well as their normal taco variety. Staff has always been prompt and friendly to me and my family.

I would give higher rating but the only thing I have an issue wit is when I get food off of Doordash from u guys my food doesn't have gauc or Sourcream like it says in the food description my asada fries come plan and another thing is they don't got nachos but when I go there in person they have nachos makes no sense
