If I could get it a negative I would. Anytime I’ve ever went to this Wendy’s they mess up my order. I order a simple biggy bag with a junior bacon cheeseburger and I got a bun with a shit ton of ketchup, and a patty that’s it. Won’t be going back anymore
Waited 40 minutes in the drive through for two meals.

I just want to give a shout out to the girl working the cash register. I can't remember your name. It started with a K, Keeley maybe? You were really kind and did your job with grace. I know its not easy. Our food was fresh and tasted fine and our order was 100% correct! Appreciate that! My only complaint was the Young kid on the fryer who was eating food with his bare hands while cooking fries and nuggets. He looked young. Maybe just needs to be told that behavior isn't ok. Overall it was a good experience!

The workers seem to be under the influence of some type of strange substance. It took three different people to take one order, even though no one else was there. I definitely prefer to not do fast food at all but it’s an easy option when you’ve worked a double and are just getting off work however the food was so old and chewy it definitely would have been better to turn a 15 hr work day into 17 by taking the extra time to cook and clean myself
And when I called the manager to ask her to make it better, she wanted to give me the same item again and was Not very inviting when I told her that is not how we wanted to deal with the situation. I guess after the whole outbreak, maybe fast food just isn’t the way to go ??♀️
Automatic one star if I have to pick something off my food in order to eat it. Girl in the drive through read my order back correctly but rang it in wrong. So instead of added pickles I got onion. Yuck.

I went to wendys on north Ave Saturday the 9th around 3:30 4ish the food and service was great but I didn't like the way the manger was treating her employees she yelled at the lady who had taken my order saying the rudest most hurtful things she began to pick up a drink and threw it on the floor after the lady was looking in bags to make sure everything was in there the manger with the red hair told her not to look in the bags and just do her job and give out the food I went back in the store to find out the name of the manger who was acting very childish and the lady at the front counter refused to tell me her name.

I ordered grub hub and got what I always get .. take a bite out of my chicken sandwich and it is rubbery I gagged definitely not cooked all the way at all ! I couldn't even rip it apart . Disgusting and disappointing for sure ?

Was door dashing food for a customer and they were super rude specifically the middle aged woman who was taking order, the way they packed the food made it so it spilled all over in my super nice car. I will personally avoid dashing from here in the future.
