I waited 20 minutes for 2 meals, nobody else in the drive thru, 2 people in the dining room already eating their food. I was told they needed to cook my chicken so they parked me. When I got home (4 blocks away) everything felt on the cold side. I had to heat up all my food not like freshly cooked food.

I pull up to the drive through and get told it is for customers what training video thought that 12:35 am 3/14/26 aside from the guy that answered the phone and was working the grill he was awesome and pushed my order in

I went in there to get some frys and frosty and payed with my free Jr frost key tag and free small fry reward that I had on the app and tried to pay using a gift card that had on my phone because I figured I had to pay for the medium water I also got and Alize was the one who took my order and she had a hard time trying to figure out the cash register and she finally got it to work and just because of the wait time even though it wasn't a big deal and I understand, she decided to upgrade my Jr frosty to a small for the wait time.
Amazing service. Wendy's make sure she gets a raise. And applauded

This is the worst Wendy’s in town. You wait for food over 30 min and it comes out cold , you are always missing food. The managers are under trained and not leading this group of kids in a career mindset . Lazy employees .

Wanted to take the time to leave a quick Review.I ordered Online on 2/2/26 around 6:20 PM.I waited in the Drive Thru and was told to pull up to the Red Gate and wait till the Food to be brought out.I waited for over Ten Minutes and when I seen the Food being brought out I tried to tell the Guy it was for me but he accidentally gave it to another Customer.Being upset for waiting so long and trying to tell the Employee,another Employee came out seen I was upset and got the Manager.Not 100% sure on the Managers Name but my receipt says the Host:Neveigha?If not I apologize but She was very Professional and handled the situation immediately.She went above and beyond to make it right.I tried to call to get her Name but they were probably busy.Wendy's is very lucky to have such a great Manager.

I just went to Wendy's for three meals drinks for my friends cheeseburger for my girl I got everything right even though my girls a little picky when it comes to a burger but the Wendy's on North avenue killed it tonight everybody was amazing especially the guy that worked the drive-thru window

Went to grab some burgers and spent 41.00 on 3 if them. Burgers only...no fries no drink. Just burgers...that's it. Got to the window and ask for one packet of ranch...and they told me that it was going to be an extra 50 cents and said that that was the new rule....now I have a new rule..no more Wendy's from North Ave location...

I will never DoorDash for this location ever again. When entering the restaurant I was not greeted or acknowledged or helped. They placed the Order on the counter and did not inform me the order was ready. I sat and waited. They did not place the order in the delivery/ DoorDash shelf. The order sat on the counter. No communication. No customer service. Very rude.

Pulled up around 9:00 p.m. Asked for a large fry and a chocolate Frosty. The fries were piping hot and the frosty was absolutely as always delicious.

Ordered late and asked for fresh meat but gave me almost black meat. Didn't give me my drink for the kids meal and bad fries. Had to wait 20 min for fresh meat, while not getting fresh meat.
