Went to grab some burgers and spent 41.00 on 3 if them. Burgers only...no fries no drink. Just burgers...that's it. Got to the window and ask for one packet of ranch...and they told me that it was going to be an extra 50 cents and said that that was the new rule....now I have a new rule..no more Wendy's from North Ave location...

I will never DoorDash for this location ever again. When entering the restaurant I was not greeted or acknowledged or helped. They placed the Order on the counter and did not inform me the order was ready. I sat and waited. They did not place the order in the delivery/ DoorDash shelf. The order sat on the counter. No communication. No customer service. Very rude.

Pulled up around 9:00 p.m. Asked for a large fry and a chocolate Frosty. The fries were piping hot and the frosty was absolutely as always delicious.

Ordered late and asked for fresh meat but gave me almost black meat. Didn't give me my drink for the kids meal and bad fries. Had to wait 20 min for fresh meat, while not getting fresh meat.

After multiple visits, I’m convinced this location is a training ground for how NOT to run a restaurant. The manager’s negligence is obvious, dirty tables, slow service and employees who look like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. This affects customer service as a whole. If this is how they handle customers I’d hate to see the kitchen! :(

Don't care about the customer I messed up and ordered something I didn't want but at least help me out take the sandwich and give me the one I wanted I have poor mental health and if I don't eat my mind eats me alive.... And I'm picky and don't want a fried chicken sandwich

i ordered a Pecan Salad.. turns out is not available at this store.. and just have a another parmesan salad and i can’t change to another food! what a poor services of you! i worked at FnB industry especially as a server.. not because sayin that “Customer is a king” but this definitely embarassing! the product that available on apps turns out not available in store.. and you forced cust to buy another product that they didn’t like! and can switch to another food! i always love wendy’s for my supper! but for sure, your people ruined up your business!

I go here frequently because they're fast and kind. I usually only have an hour in between shifts, and they have never failed to get my order made quickly and without error.

If I could get it a negative I would. Anytime I’ve ever went to this Wendy’s they mess up my order. I order a simple biggy bag with a junior bacon cheeseburger and I got a bun with a shit ton of ketchup, and a patty that’s it. Won’t be going back anymore
