The service was terrible we went through the drive thru and the person taking our order had an attitude, then when we received the food we paid almost $40 for, one of the cheeseburgers wasn’t even wrapped and the fries and nuggets were upside down inside the bag so everything was obviously thrown in the bag. We were the only customers there so them being in a hurry is no excuse it’s just plain sloppiness and laziness! The manager didn’t know how to properly handle the situation obviously they have no standards and no shame. We will not go there and I definitely don’t recommend this location!

I went to get food. The restaurant was in chaos. I had to go back 3 times to get all of my items. When I arrived home my order was still wrong. For how expensive it is to eat out I would expect my order to be correct. Do better Wendy's.

My goodness you guys are very consistent, consistently messing up my order, consistently serving old cold dried up food, consistently omitting the bacon from sandwiches that you clearly order due to the fact that they have bacon. I always try to give you another chance due to how close you are to home, but I will take the drive to Horizon drive knowing they consistently get it right. This was supposed to be a Asiago Chicken Club

This place has gone down hill! I stood at the register waiting for one of the four employees in the back to stop talking and come take my order. Multiple times at least one of them made eye contact with me but couldn’t care less so I decided to just leave and this was 5pm with nobody in line or waiting for an order. The windows looked like someone wiped dirty mop water all over them.

The girl taking my order clearly didn't want to be working there or anywhere for that, I asked her a question about one of the menu items and she stared through me like she didn't have anything going on upstairs. The food took a good 20 minutes to get to me and it looked like it was just slopped together. The entire crew looked like they were zombies and didn't know what they were doing, so overall I'd say Wendy's on north Ave has gone downhill and I wouldn't recommend going there
Employees at the window were very courteous and accommodating when I added to my order at the window.
