This wetzels is amazing. If you go to the mesa mall go see these ladies. they will brighten your day and they got a mango tajin chamoy slushee and a warm pretzel! yall the real MVPs of the Mesa Mall.

The food there is so delicious and fresh. My favorites are the pretzels ? and the cinnamon bitz. They deserve more than 2.4 stars that they have. The costumer service is outstanding! Every time I have gone there is when they are the busiest and let me just say they handle crowds every every well.Always so kind and friendly. First of all the pretzels are so yummy!!! I’ve been a Wetzel’s Pretzels fan for quite some time and now I’m an even bigger fan because of the staff behind the counter at the Mesa mall location in Grand Junction, CO. For those who may not know, customer service is one of the hardest jobs on the planet and the girl behind the counter at this location is on it! Her customer service skills are amazing and she handles the crowds very well.

Wetzel's Pretzels are delicious, but outrageously priced. Got 2 packets of salted pretzel bites and 2 small lemonades for a total price of over $25. I expect to be overcharged at an amusement park, but not at a mall pretzel stand. Adding insult to the sticker shock was the tip prompt. For what? A disinterested and oddly condescending staff member pulling something out of a case and pouring a cold drink? C'mon.

Me personally hurts me see these reviews because people behind the counter works to help you have Meals the movement’s they do is not easy I’ve been working there and let me tell you it’s not easy job it’s hard so give them a brake with rude comments and simply keep them to yourself cuz this can hurt someone so me ! I definitely recommend this place !!! My family loves it I love it and I will continue to love it ❤️ So if anyone sees this please don’t listen to what people gotta say about the bad when you haven’t tried it so COME ON DOWN !!!We are always busy and it’s amazingThe customer service by the way and very open very sweet and amazing they are my family ! Horrible customer service was bad but also the pizza pretzel they gave me was dripping oil all over the place it was so soaked in oil it got onto my stroller and I can’t get it out of the fabric. I’m so upset that my britax stroller is now ruined because of the pretzel dripping so much oil

You guys cheaped out, pretzel bites bag is now only half full, asked if that was the new norm and lady said only 8 oz of bites in each bag. It's literally flour and water and you can't fill up the bag? I don't mind paying extra for sauce or whatever but you expect me to pay 11$ for a half full bag of bites and one sauce.

We are visiting from out of town. We ordered their “mini meal” which had listed a drink option, pretzel bite option, and with each pretzel bite option a specific sauce was listed (e.g. pizza bites was paired with jalapeño cheddar dip)When the meal did not have the sauce in it, we asked for the sauce with each meal. The female staff insisted that it did not come with it. We then asked to pay for the two sauces that were with the meal. We were informed there were not specific sauces per meal. I then read the sign to the staff to get the specific sauce listed.Throughout the experience a female staff threw up her hands multiple times. Increased in voice volume and rate and was agitated. The male staff member was uncomfortable but able to remain calm.Overall very condescending and confusing experience.
