Have been living in Grand County for just over 4 months and I am so happy that this place exists. After living in Seattle for 11 years I often crave pho, and this place does the trick! The broth is rich, the noodles are tender and perfect, toppings are great, and you’re provided with hoisin sauce as well as sriracha. I did not like the food here at all. I ordered coconut shrimp and it was extremely sweet for my liking. The gravy had a syrupy consistency and it was not good at all. The service was also extremely slow, but that may be possible because I went there during the labor Day weekend. However, some of my friends liked the food so it may be worth giving it a try during a non busy weekend.

In land of America the beautiful - Rocky Mountains National park, Hispanic people attempting to serve Vietnamese cuisine. True diversity here! Mix of all is the theme I guess, from music, to decor and with the dishes. Appreciate you all for hanging out there.
