“Have been living in Grand County for just over 4 months and I am so happy that this place exists. After living in Seattle for 11 years I often crave pho, and this place does the trick! The broth is rich, the noodles are tender and perfect, toppings are great, and you’re provided with hoisin sauce as well as sriracha. My mom really enjoyed the fried rice when she came up to visit, as well. It’s not fancy, but the folks who work there are kind, and it’s a funky place with good food in the middle of the mountains!“
