Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order for takeout for a Gordo burrito, making sure to emphasize that I do not want bacon in my burrito, which it normally doesn’t come with bacon. Get home and find pieces of bacon in my burrito. Called to discuss my concerns with the most absolutely disrespectful person named Brenda. She basically told me I was a liar. I have been going here for years and the service had only been mildly bad. The last three times we have waited more than fifteen minutes before anyone even spoke to us, ridiculous. Today was the final straw and after 17 minutes we just left. It’s disappointing that they have very good food but don’t care enough to take your order to get it.
Service is always great and the food is dynamite. The cold beer is just an added bonus!
