“First time doing a pick-up order and it was delicious and no problems. Today, I do a delivery order and my food doesn't show up. I call and they say they don't have an order for me even though the payment has gone through and I have a confirmation email. It was a struggle to even get someone on the phone because it kept getting forwarded and the inbox is full?! After reputting in the order, they didn't get my address so I ended up having to drive there to make sure I got my food. Charged the delivery fee too. I felt kinda bad for the guy there because he said he was new and other people have been getting mad because the website isn't working.“
