Absolute amateur operator. I fly private jets and use inflight caterers all the time. Without fail, ACW is consistently the worst caterer I use, and I only use them when there are no other options available. Their offerings are often incorrect, when they do get the types of meals correct, their portions are inconsistent and their presentations are always horrendous. It looks like truck stop food that was plated and wrapped by an angry 4 year old! I am usually quite embarrassed...read full review
