One of denvers best kept secrets. This place absolutely hits the spot everytime. The food is straight to the point and delicious. The staff is always helpful and quick. The food doesn't take forever. Happy customer since before the pandemic. If vegan they'll take care of you as well!!!

Been going to Amigos for about 3 years now, by far my favorite spot for breakfast burritos. On top of that it’s a great place to sit down and have a delicious authentic meal.

To say that I am disappointed, is an understatement. My family and I went to have a great dinner to celebrate my granddaughters first birthday. We were treated with the WORST customer service. Specifically, a young man by the name of Jahir, I believe, made a comment about how fat my daughter was, calling her “Gordita” . Then proceeded to make fun of my family the rest of our evening (he did not know that I was fluent in Spanish after years of studying abroad in Spain) The food was terrible! Service was terrible! Please do NOT visit this place. If you want to get ridiculed for how you look, visit Amigos!

I was really looking forward to trying the breakfast burrito, especially after seeing the highly raved about reviews.
I, personally wasn't impressed with the burrito or the accompanying chips & salsa.
The potatoes (hash browns) were extremely greasy and salty. Thank goodness for the option to have it smothered. The green chile was not overwhelmingly spicy and had good flavor. The chips were stale and the salsa lacked any spice and tasted sweet.
The hospitality and service however were top notch! Super friendly, welcoming and attentive.
I'm not crossing Amigos off my list but next time I won't be getting the breakfast burrito.

I walked into Amigos with one simple goal: grab an inexpensive, solid breakfast burrito and be on my way. What I didn’t expect was to discover a true hidden gem tucked into a quiet row of shops off Arapahoe.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed—like a regular, not just another customer. I was seated right away and helped immediately with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness that set the tone before the food even arrived.

And then there was the burrito.

Hands down, one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. I knew it was something special from the very first bite. Every bite after that confirmed it—perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and deeply satisfying from start to finish. “Extremely tasty” doesn’t quite do it justice.

The menu already has me planning my next visit, because if this burrito is any indication, there are a lot more winners waiting to be discovered.

Amigos is the kind of place you hope to find but rarely do—unassuming, welcoming, and absolutely delivering where it counts. A true gem. And sorry… the secret’s officially out. 🌯✨

Have eaten here for over 10 years. Shredded beef burrito was my favorite but now I’m into the Carne Asada burrito. When I worked near by we used to order take out at least twice a week. That was under previous owners I believe. We do like their chips and salsa too.
