“It's really sad, the news we got. Sunday 10/22/23 is the last day thus place will be open. This was a great place fir sour beers and small charcuterie plates. This lil cool quaint Cafe type set up was my spot for sour beers. It was also pretty cool to have their charcuterie plates too as they freshly cut the meat & cheeses at the deli counter. There was always so many flavorful sours to try. Well to the staff behind the bar & deli thanks for all the good times! Y'all will be missed!!!“
“This is HANDS DOWN the best Italian beef sandwich I have ever had in my life. I used to eat Chicago Italian beef from Al’s and Portillo’s, etc very often for years. Amazing business, extremely funny and friendly service. Shout out to Carmine.“
“On our many visits we usually have one French sandwich. Always excellent and we like the guys! Today the online system said “not available.” When I picked up lunch I asked and was told “oh, we have it, that’s just a problem with the internet “!No big deal, but imagine the difference if someone said”, have you got 5 minutes and I’ll make you what you wanted”? Just sayin!“
“Great place to grab a sandwich, and some drinks, with outdoor seating available! I appreciated that they're very knowledgeable about their ingredients, which is helpful to those with food allergies! I always enjoy the classic pastrami on rye, which is dairy free! My only minor gripe is that most of the sides do contain milk, although the grilled marinated artichokes are pretty good, Excellent pickles as well!“
“This place slaps, all their food is great. I just found them the other day and it’s easily the best breakfast sandwiches in the area, the breakfast burrito is delicious, and they have a ton of options for lunch sandwiches across the board. Definitely going to return soon.“
“I know Heidi's overall gets great reviews, but this particular one downtown for lunch absolutely knocks it out of the park for service, selection, great food! As long as they have the lunch staff during the week, don't miss this one. Try to get in by 11am or after 1pm, otherwise there will be a line. But they move you through pronto. My favorites are BLT on French and Philly Cheesesteak on Italian. And don't miss the chili and whatever soup of the day.“
“We picked up a ham for this year's Easter dinner & it was excellent! Not salty, and plenty of honey baked goodness! With that purchase we got a Buy 1, Get 1 Free for their sandwiches, yup they have sandwiches & what a great sandwich menu!!They have plenty to chose from & the lady working behind the counter was also the sandwich maker, and she did an excellent job! Her name was Jennifer & she was also extremely helpful to go along with her friendly demeanor! The sandwich I got was their ham & swiss on a ciabatta roll. It was made with lettuce & tomato & looked like a picture. Have you ever eaten at a place & the food looks nothing like the picture, well not here! The wife got a sandwich called the Honey Baked & this one was excellent also! It had fried onion crisps on it & served warm, excellent!!Now that I know HBH has sandwiches also, I'll be back for more than a spiral cut ham or turkey!!!“
“I love Curtis Park deli!!! They have the best caprese sandwich everrr!! I crave it all the time. Perfect flavor and proportion of everything. Can’t get enough. Always makes me happy and shout out to the staff for getting my sandwich out so fast when I was on a time crunch! You guys are the best!!“
“I was searching high and low for latkes and was thrilled to find them at Zaidy's!! They were delicious and the strawberry jam unique and I will be ordering more in the near future. The bakery goods were amazing and I will be purchasing some of those as well when I return.“
“I will always stop in Max Market for lunch while down by the ballpark. Food is delicious and generous portions. For being downtown its not overly priced. Reminds me of the type or deli you'd find in NY but with a Colorado twist! Thanks for always having something yummy to try! And don't forget to grab a lemon bar for desert!“
“Great food at great prices. Breakfast/lunch only.I eat here whenever I am up in Denver on business, because it is so convenient (I work in these buildings so Black Cow is nearby). Lots of terrific sandwich options, and many healthy options too. Service is always very friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.“
“Went here one time and got a great sandwich for the price! Very filling and the atmosphere made you feel like you are in the living room of your grandmas house, cozy and comfortable. The lady working behind the counter was very sweet and got my food quickly. Not to mention so many options (outside of sandwiches I can't speak on these but with the homely vibe of the place I'm sure it is decent)! Would go here again for a quick lunch.“
“We stopped by after taking the train in from the airport. What a find! We had three items, all were top of my list. Soup was turkey green chili. Wow, so much turkey and nice, spicy soup! With real green chilis, not just enchilada sauce. Then the sandwiches. The Reuben was huge, with buttered toasted light Rye bread. My Sherpa would satisfy any carnivore! The banquette it can in was nicely toasted (bread came with the soup too). Nice booths. Great value! Stop by for to go airplane or train food. A winner!! Forgot to mention the staff! Really welcoming and the place is spotless!!!“
“Cafe one has the best lunch specials, sandwiches, and soups in the DTC. Try their breakfast burritos and egg sandwiches for breakfast. Open for breakfast and lunch daily during the week. On the third floor of the parking garage in One DTC. Delicious!“
