I did a pickup order through the drive through and realized once I got home that the cream cheese was missing. I went back later and two of the staff members, Colton and Chris, were very apologetic, understanding and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Great bagels and great customer service!
I've been going to this location for years and the customer service is amazing. Fox especially is very friendly and courteous.
