We came here and tried to order the ice blended coffee smoothie, and we were told “to be honest with you, I don’t know how to make that. They never showed us how to make those and I don’t drink coffee, so I don’t know.”
The smoothies we did have made for us were yummy.
Recommendation: train your employees to make all of the products sell.

I have been trying to find a healthy smoothie spots. I found this location. The prices were good. I placed a custom order. I went to pick up my order. They staple the bag shit so you can’t even see the order. I drove another 15 minutes back to work so a total of 30 minutes to and from work for this pliable and it had none of the add-ons that I paid extra for. I tried to call the store four times in a row they won’t answer and I don’t have time to suspend to drive another 15 minutes back there and another 15 minutes back to work ridiculous and then on the receipt they gave me. You can clearly see. It says add these items and then they removed an item from the from there that I didn’t even ask for.

I went to the store and the door was locked
I had an order to pick up
I called the number for the store and the owner answered … I said no one was there and an order had been placed and paid for and no one was there
The owner was the most self absorbed person ever
Instead of apologizing that no employee was there
I said this order has been placed the customer and the driver were out and she had the audacity to say well she wasn’t making any money from the store because the employee didn’t show up
That attitude tells all of the owners thoughts
No concern for the customer
Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not recommend going and will never be back.

It was my first time visiting and I got the pitaya paradise. Pitaya is one my favourite fruits and it was so good! The menu is so extensive and I like the element of custom making your drinks and bowls. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

We paid $19 a piece for the big bowls for them to come to us from Door Dash, only to be not even full at all, and the bases were barely there. Our kid bowl came with a teaspoon of cacao wow base when we asked for both so half and half. This has happened SEVERAL times at this location. Super disappointed. And totally unacceptable.
