After living near the ocean for a decade, where the smoothies are life, I've always been incredibly disappointed with the bowls in Colorado, the quality of granola and fruit is usually sub-par. But this place surprisee me. Best smoothie bowl I've ever had. Unique and tasty.“

“Super cute place with good lighting, good vibes, and lots of color. Even Bob Ross video playing on the tv! I got the green smoothie with collagen peptides added in and it was okay/pretty good. I think my preference for green smoothies is more light rather than creamy so I’d be curious about coconut water instead of coconut milk as the base and how that would change the flavor.

The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites. “This Aurora location is the only one I ever visit, mainly because it's the one closest to where I live.

Staff is always friendly, greeting me upon arrival. The space is always clean the times I've visited. Because I usually order ahead using their app I don't really have to wait long to get my order. So far my orders have always been as described with no ingredients missing or wrong orders.

As for the food itself, they have a huge menu with so many options it CAN be overwhelming, I typically look in the app to see what has what ingredients in it as the menu on the board inside can be intimidating for me as there's plenty to choose from. I always order bowls so can't really say much for their smoothies and drinks. Their bowls are great, they typically have a base, some sort of crunch (which I love) and fruit with sweet toppings whether that be honey, Nutella, whip cream. I really like that I can mix and match toppings to my liking especially on the app.

Overall, I really like Playa Bowls more so than other businesses that also offer acai bowls, they have more options, their servings are slightly bigger and I like their loyalty/rewards program if you're a frequent purchaser.“

“This is a great spot for a very fresh bowl in a sparse setup. If you go at opening the sides and vases are still warm. Produce and protein are as fresh as it gets. This is a perfect spot for a bite on the go for business or health conscious eaters.“

“A friend recommended that I try Sweetgreen in Lone Tree, and I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but I quickly became a fan.

Upon entering, I noticed the restaurant was clean, bright, and open, with plenty of seating. The staff member who helped me was attentive, friendly, and able to answer all of my questions. I specifically asked where they source their greens from (iykyk), and they pointed me to a board behind the serving line that lists all of their ingredients and where they're sourced. I really appreciated that level of transparency.

I ordered the Classic Chicken Caesar Wrap with an apple juice. The wrap was much larger than I expected, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portion was generous, and it left me looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Just as I arrived back home, I received a call letting me know they had realized the error. The person on the phone was incredibly friendly, genuinely apologetic, and clearly cared about making it right.

When we returned to pick up the missing items, the experience was the same — warm, friendly, and sincerely apologetic. They even gave us a dessert and a $5 coupon for the inconvenience.
