We had a 7:30 reservation on Valentine's Day and placed our order at 7:45. By 9:15, we had still not received our food, despite seeing multiple tables being served and leaving. After nearly two hours, we asked to speak to a manager. When the manager (Coco) arrived at our table, we expressed our concerns about the delay and being the last table served in the restaurant.
