Don't get the "meat sauce" on the kids menu. It's not typical marinara with meat. It's like a stroganoff... On a kids menu... who does that? Kids meals were supposed to be free and they were not. A $7 chocolate cake that is 2.5"x2.5"x2.5". We decided this is the last time going to macaroni grill.
Ordered from Macaroni Grill on Arapahoe through Postmates. Ordered KIDS SPAGHETTI w/ RED SAUCE for our son who does not eat meat or onions or anything else that ended up on his meal. It was almost like a Bolognese or meat spaghetti sauce. We don’t eat here very often because the last 2 times we have tried it over the years we have been let down in the restaurant. So we tried for delivery and even that got botched. We ended up going to Noodles and Company that night to get our son dinner instead and we’re very pleased when we received spaghetti with red sauce as ordered from there. Spoke with the manager on duty that night and she was of course very apologetic and tried multiple times to give us credit or vouchers to come in again but I simply explained that it would unfortunately be the last time we give this location our business.
I just ordered Chicken Parmesan and had it sent by door dash. The chicken was burnt on the outside and the center of the chicken was not cooked all the way through. When I cut into the chicken it almost looked like pink fish. Man I hope I don’t get sick as I just had surgery 5 days ago and don’t think my incisions can handle it.
Was disappointed with our visit. I was excited to come here because all the ones in Arizona closed down, and I used to enjoy this place. It was not at all like I remember. The service was pretty bad, we had to ask for bread, ask for refills, and our waitress was very slow. The bread was as good as I remember, but the other food was not. One of our plates, the noodles were not even fully cooked. I was sadly disappointed after going out of our way to visit this location. I can now sadly understand why all these are closing down.
Ordered a to go meal of Lobster bisque and Caesar salad for myself and a co-worker and needless to say, we were very disappointed in the meal. The soup had a grainy texture and we had asked for extra dressing and the dressing containers were hardly filled. Nothing like eating a dry salad. The bread was stale as well, and my coworker used to enjoy the bread with olive oil. It will be a long while before we order from here again. Not worth the cost of $12 each for soup and salad.
We arrived at this restaurant for lunch. my friend recommended this spot. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Keep it up.
Went in this evening to pick up my phoned in order for take out. Was looking forward to trying the feed 5 for 25 offer that was promoted along with ordering 2 appetizers. When I arrived the food was ready only to arrive home and found the caesar salad was not really what I call caesar but a lot of old lettuce leaves and no dressing to be found. In addition the entree was cold and the bread hard as a rock. The reason for the 2 stars were that the appetizers were hot and did taste good. This isn't the Romano's I remembered. I would be hard pressed to ever order food from them again.
The food was really tasty, specially seafood was pretty good. They have a good selection of wines, worth trying.
I had spaghetti and meatballs. Half of the meatballs were dry, the other half moist (old vs fresh). Server was pleasant but slow. They were not that busy at the time.
Friendly staff, lots of variety on the menu. I would definitely come again. Lots of space for private parties/ events too.

Little bit under staffed so had to wait a bit for the waiter to come back around. But then again I wasn't in a hurry either. Food is good and will go again
Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant I have ever been to. Waited well over 2 hrs for our meal just to end up leaving before we got it. Our waitress was awful and rude. After complaining to a manager because she was complete ignoring our table, she had the audacity to tell us she was offended for calling her racist which we did not say at all. Ruined our experience there and we did not feel safe to eat the food she was about to serve us because she stormed of into the kitchen right after speaking with us. Manager Derek was very nice and respectful but I will never go to any macaroni grill after tonight!
Went in on a Friday night. It was less than half full, so I expected decently fast service. Once we got seated, we waited a long time for our waitress, then waited a long time for our drinks, followed by another long wait for our food. We were tucked in the corner of the restaurant, which made us easily forgetable. The complimentary bread was too salty and not hot. Dim lighting throughout, which I suppose is romantic, but harsh on the eyes.
The food here was fairly good but the service makes me not want to come back. We got our bread after our meals came out, my salad came with no dressing and when I asked for some I was brought the incorrect one. She asked if we wanted pepper then never came back. We couldn't order more then one drink even after asking for another when our meal came because it was never brought. She did come to check 3 times to make sure we didnt need anything else after leaving us with the bill.
What a joke of a restaurant!! Service is almost non existent!! Chef Boyardee is a better than this place. Lunch portion on sausage rigatoni was not enough to feed a two year old. No wonder the bread is unlimited. Price is outrageous for you get. Paper table cloths, who does that. Not impressed.
