Being so hot legacy pie co kept the pit in their cooler until we left,!!
We came by all the way from Indiana and were immediately charmed by the selection and the hustle and bustle.
Unfortunately we picked a hot day and our 10-month-old daughter overheated. We ducked into a local bookstore to cool her off, and the organizer Marilyn (hope I spelled that right) took time to come check on us and our daughter. It was extremely kind and we deeply appreciated the support!
Looking forward to visiting on a cooler day! Clearly there is a community that looks out for everyone, even if they are visiting from abroad!
Should not be labeled as a farmers market. Lots of vendors but only 2-3 are actual selling produce. Farmers market is a place for reasonably priced produce. This “farmers market” is overpriced.
Typical modern farmers market. A handful of produce vendors, surrounded by baked goods, coffee and trinket vendors. Dense crowds, difficult parking, and inflated prices.
Always a fun time
Absolutely love this farmers market. It can get busy so go early and before too hot
Fun experience. Find home made kimchi, bought some home grown mushrooms. Definitely will come back again
Take your time, enjoy the experience!
Sunday mornings at the South Pearl Street Farmers’ Market are a true celebration of Colorado’s local bounty.
Open every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, from early May through mid-November, this beloved market stretches along the 1400 and 1500 blocks of South Pearl Street and brings together more than 170 local vendors. With a strict regional commitment requiring all products to be grown, raised, or produced in Colorado or bordering counties, every visit feels rooted in community and authenticity.
From seasonal organic peaches, apples, and cherries to fresh vegetables, roasted green chiles, artisanal breads, pantry staples, and handcrafted goods, the market offers something exceptional in every aisle. Visitors can also enjoy a wide variety of prepared foods, including breakfast burritos, dumplings, pupusas, crepes, and locally crafted coffee, making it just as much a dining destination as a farmers’ market.
Whether you come for the produce, the pastries, the flowers, or the handmade treasures, South Pearl Street Farmers’ Market is a vibrant Sunday tradition worth experiencing.
Crowded and they banned Dogs. Also now nosey people walking around asking about where you are from. We fought a revolution for this. We would be better off British.

Amazing! So many local vendors and a huge variety of things to buy. All the vendors were very polite and friendly :)
Don't allow dogs.
Rad times! Muff, Park Pass Coffee, Furst Class Fungi, Not Bad Cooks, and so many more amazing vendors!!
So much fun to shop this market on Sunday mornings!!!
As a native, I’m a little ashamed to admit that I’ve never been to this farmer’s market prior to today - boy was I missing out.
There are so many vendors, especially produce farmers who actually have fruits and vegetables based on what’s in season, which is awesome!
Our microwave society has left so many of us deficient of essential nutrients (for many reasons), one being eating fruits and vegetables from nutrient deficient soil.
Eating foods within their growing seasons matters more than we know.
I cannot wait to go back and see what vendors get in through the summer into fall.
