Good noodle bowl, need to get the spicier one. I don't do tofu so didn't like paying more for meat.

The kitchen is one of the dirtiest in they valley. They empty their grease in the mopping area (from their grill or at least what I was informed to do when I worked there in 2015). Half the "local organic meat" comes from the big company Hormel like bacon, and we all know how Hormel treats their meats. And on top of that they have a "no no fridge" that they store their marinating meat and pickled stuff (I was informed of this when I worked there from Jen the kitchen manager and even told not to mention it when we got inspected by the health department ). No where near the standards you'd expect from a health food store. Plus they straight up lie. They barely use anything local and their soups are made with the old produce they won't sell. None of their deli meat and cheese gets pulled because of the date. At least when I worked there I was never told the purpose if the dates on packages expect that's when it was made. We would have cheese two months old we would use, etc. Bonmi and tofu had no dates and just got "refilled" when running low. They think I wrote this review to "purposefully" hurt them, but I'm telling you as a former employee the wool the Vaders are trying to pull over your eyes. It might have taken me 3 years to write a review but it being the first kitchen I worked in I thought these practises were normal, until I worked elsewhere. Maybe you'll understand where I come from as a FORMER EMPLOYEE. I will never go back as long as its run by the same people because the same practises are happening.
