After living near the ocean for a decade, where the smoothies are life, I've always been incredibly disappointed with the bowls in Colorado, the quality of granola and fruit is usually sub-par. “Super cute place with good lighting, good vibes, and lots of color. Even Bob Ross video playing on the tv! I got the green smoothie with collagen peptides added in and it was okay/pretty good. I think my preference for green smoothies is more light rather than creamy so I’d be curious about coconut water instead of coconut milk as the base and how that would change the flavor.
