Been coming to this location for 20 years, yes 20! The service is soooo bad in here now. 25 min wait today and really not that busy. I don’t get it, it didn’t used to be like this. We will have to drive a few more minutes to go to HR & BRDWY store. Smaller store but we NEVER have to wait this long.
Stop touching your hair and then touching food. Then to argue with customers that it’s okay because he was touching wrapped food. Not acceptable. No apology or anything. So I had them refund my money and cancel my order. Will not return.
I love Einstein's but I never go to this location since it's not convenient to my house but I was in the neighborhood. Now I wish I had gone to Starbucks down the street and had a pleasant breakfast with my daughter.
1. The girl that took my order was incredibly rude. She never said hello, or asked how she could help me and she actually looked across the room at something instead of ever making eye contact the entire time I gave her my order.
