We love this Franklin LePeep location. We actually stumbled upon it in search of a breakfast/lunch place. Our meals are always cooked to perfection and served promptly. We are now regulars. Oh and ask for Alex, he’s fantastic. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

so far 2 out 3 times they forgot to give me something in my togo order and who charges extra for jelly with your breakfast. dining in is totally different. much better service
Found this diamond in the rough breakfast and lunch eatery. CLEAN and great service. The food was amazing!
