Ordered the food online, feast for 4, including Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps. When picked up the food and got in the car, realized that Lettuce Wraps are missing, went back to the restaurant, they gave us missing items, but when we got home, we realized that Lettuce Wraps are missing the chicken. I wish that I could give this place a (-5). I called to place my order yesterday and was on hold for 8 min. So I drove to the restaurant and walked in still on hold. No one ever answered the phone. The phone was still ringing when I walked in. I showed the manager my phone and wait time. Placed my order for my salad. Drove home and they had forgotten my wontons that were for my salad. So I drove back to get them and talked to the manager again. Manager did give me back my money...read full review
Love the food but very unhappy with the online ordering being down now for at least 2 months. Neither the app or on my desktop works. I told an employee at the Highlands Ranch location about a month ago and she said "yeah, we know. The manager says he's working on it". I can tell you that it has influenced my ordering. Many times I have opted not to order because of it. I tried to contact corporate with my concerns but their website was having trouble...go figure
