“The tacos here are pretty consistently good. Whenever you order food online, add about 15 mins to whatever the pickup time; they're always behind on getting the food out. Also, parking is pretty hard in this parking lot on the weekends. The staff is really friendly and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is dog friendly.“

Got the montere ranch fijitas with all the sides (the sides are free), and it is some of the best food I've ever had. However, it is Partially expensive. The chips and salsa come with the table and can be refilled for free. Five stars 🌟.“

“So I’m from Texas so finding this place made me very happy. Love burritos but wanted a good old breakfast taco. These are really good. Since your paying a bit more then you would a regular taco I’d opt for ordering one of the more loaded ones like the maple sausage or go for the carne guisada. So delicious and the guys who run it are awesome! We bought a fat of the jalepeno sausage and it was 🔥. Couldn’t recommend this place more!“

“This was my first time visiting this venue - and what a beautiful location, you have the view of the mountains in Castle Rock, the windows allow so much sunlight and the open space is really nice, creating opportunities to feel comfortable and not so crowded.

So my hubby and I hungry after church decided on lunch and I ordered the steak fajitas with queso and he ordered Carne Guisada which is Top sirloin tips grilled in a spicy jalapeno and tomato salsa. Served with rice, black beans and house-made flour tortillas. But he wasn’t happy. It had no flavor and the meat was tough. It was just sirloin chopped with some salsa on top and rice.

I ordered the steak fajitas and they came out smoking with queso cheese and a side of rice and black beans. It can with amazing Tortillas, fresh and so soft. A side of guacamole, shredded cheese, limes, green chilies and sour cream and tons of grilled onions. To top my drink off I got a coke to wash it down.

Our server was Katlyn and she was very pleasant. With my husband not happy with the outcome of his order we spoke to the amazing manager, Bailey. We talked about the meal my husband ordered and how it just didn’t hit the mark and she understood and we aren’t the only ones who experience that order. It really needs love and flavor, I know the recipe is family/chain but if
You add some heat, peppers 🌶️ green pepper 🫑 and jalapeños it could be a game changer. Bailey apologized and took the meal off and offered us a desert and a cup of coffee and oh my!

The desert was the best part of my experience!!
Mud pie is what it’s called! Coffee ice cream and frozen Oreo cookie crush and topped with yummy whipped cream and a cherry - sitting in a bed of white and milk chocolate!!! The best for a chocoholic like me!! If anything I will come back just for the dessert it self!

After we ate we went out on the little path they had an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the view!

“I have loved this restaurant for 40+ years. Sadly, I moved to Wisconsin and couldn't bring it with me. People here in WI don't even know what green chili is. We need Taco House here!“

“Most importantly - ate in the bar on a Friday afternoon and the service, specifically the server/bartender was superb. Efficient, friendly. Showed up multiple times to make sure we didn't have to wait to place our order, then stepped back and let our table of three enjoy our late lunch. My burger was cooked to medium just how I like it. And the fries were not over-seasoner, aka too salty, which has happened at other stores. Would visit again when in the area.“

“Corren did a great job. I came in with a high maintenance vegetarian and he offered great recommendations. Also saved me a few bucks by recommending a tall beer. Great service is hard to find but if you find yourself at torchies in Correns care you got it and more.“

“We went to lunch with 2 children and had good food and a wonderful waitress. I unfortunately cannot remember her name, but she had dark hair, was a bit older, and was there on April 4, 2025 for the afternoon. She helped us through the menu and mentioned the special they offered, which we went with. We got triple dipper platters, chips and drinks. She checked on us frequently, got refill drinks for us before we had to ask and got us plenty of to-go containers for our leftovers. Quick, efficient, very nice. In summary, we really enjoyed the food and the great service. We've been there before and will continue to do so!“

“We only used the pickup option. Food was amazing but they did forget utensils, no big deal. Prices are insane ! Appertizers, Meals and dessert for 2 people, with tip, came to $120. Will only patronize when we can afford it again. Otherwise, Chili's is a staple.“
